Additional Notes

  • ARRIVAL: Guests to arrive into Calgary International Airport (YYC). Welcome Desk hours are 3:00pm - 5:00pm and Welcome Reception starts at 6:00pm. Recommended flight arrival time by 3:00pm to avoid missing your Welcome Reception. Private chargeable transfers are available at an additional charge. Guests who purchase private sedan transfers through Trafalgar will be responsible to make a reservation directly with RMA 30 days to 7 days prior to departure. Additional information will be included with documents. Alternatively, guests can make their own transfer arrangements.
  • DEPARTURE: On the last day of the trip, guests will arrive at Calgary International Airport (YYC) at approx. 11:30am. Please allow ample time between this approx arrival time and flight departure time to allow for check-in/clearance of immigration etc (as per domestic/international guidelines for guests onwards flight).
  • ELEVATION: The highest elevation point for this guided vacation is 10000 ft. / 3050 m.
  • BORDER CROSSING: Passport information will be needed for border crossing into the USA on Day 03. Guests must have a valid Passport to enter the United States, with at least 6 months validity from the return date from the U.S.
  • NATIONAL PARKS: National Park accommodations will be rustic and not always similar to other locations. We recommend bringing a flashlight for use in the National Parks. Lighting is often limited on the walking paths at night.
  • GROUND HANDLER: This trip is operated by ground handler, Destination America.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Guests must have a valid Passport to enter the United States, with at least 6 months validity from the return date from the U.S.
  • NATIONAL PARK FEE FOR NON-U.S. RESIDENTS: For any new bookings with travel from 01-Jan-2027, due to new regulations being implemented by National Parks authorities, non-U.S. resident visitors will now be required to pay a separate entry fee to access national parks. This fee applies to visitors who do not meet U.S. residency requirements and must be paid separately from any existing permits or inclusions. This additional mandatory fee will be added at the time of booking and paid at final Payment (90 days prior to departure) and is subject to change.
