Itinerary

Overview

8:30-9:00 Depart from hotel and drive to the Pier.
9:30-12:30 We will board a catamaran bound for Isla Mujeres, the "Isle of Women", offshore from mainland Mexico. On the voyage there, we will be able to order tropical beverages from the bartender while relaxing in the shade or on the sunny bow of the ship. On our way, we will stop for snorkeling in crystal-clear, 30-foot deep waters.

13:30-15:00 Head to Free time at Isla Mujeres
16:30 Head back to hotel

Isla Mujeres, MX

An island where the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea meet, about 13 kilometres off the Yucatán Peninsula coast. It is approximately 7 kilometres long and 650 metres wide.

Price Excludes

Dock Tax $25 per person (tax price may be adjusted, subject to actual situation)
Golf cart $50 per car (same price for children, maximum of 4 people per car, price may be adjusted, subject to actual situation)
A mandatory service fees: Minimum $10 / person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well.
Any private expenses

Additional Note

We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing and walking friendly sports shoes, carry sunglasses, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, hat/umbrella, credit card, and some cash for you to purchase souvenirs or for other personal expenses
Small Group Occasionally, there may be 1-2 extra members due to family group outings; On public holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day, the number of people traveling per group will exceed 16

Confirmation

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. The time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through webmail at Contact Us .
Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
15 days or more prior to departure - Free cancellation with full refund. Please reconfirm the penalty for the added hotel or flight ticket.
8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 7 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of the total purchase amount.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain the normal operation.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, TakeTours only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
