After pickup from Fairbanks airport, guests will be transferred to hotel. Hotel usually check in after 15:00. When night falls, we will take bus to the Aurora Viewing Cabin on the outskirts of the city at 22:00 and enjoy the northern lights. It is expected to arrive at the hotel at 02:00 in the morning.

Fairbanks Dog Sledding Tour

Chena Hot Springs Resort
Chena Hot Springs was founded over 100 years ago. The resort makes use of the first low-temperature binary geothermal power plant built in Alaska and is working on several alternative energy projects, including production and use of hydrogen and vegetable oil for fuel.
1) You must wear a bathing suit in the hot springs, please prepare in advance.
2) For safety reasons, minors under age 18 may not enter the outdoor natural rock pool, but they may use the indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub.
3) If you choose not to enter the hot springs for your own reasons, the fee is not refundable.
4) Guaranteed operate with Just a Two-Person Minimum
Expect to depart from Fairbanks in morning and drive south along the Richardson Highway to Castner Glacier Ice Cave. After getting off the bus, you will follow your guide on a hike of about 2 miles before reaching the largest valley ice cave. The ice layer accumulated over 10,000 years is crystal clear, and due to the interpenetration of the ice layer and the mineral matter of the mountain for many years, the charming yolan ice layer may occasionally appear metallic texture, such as Beautiful and elegant as gold and jade.
(1) It is recommended to wear a warm down jacket, fleece jacket, hat, scarf, ski-proof boots, sunglasses, etc., and pay attention to the safety of your feet

At 10 pm, follow a professional guide to take the Aurora Shuttle to the area outside Fairbanks. Fantastic trip with fun activities like ice fishing and snowmobiling. Accommodations were good. The guide was great. The long distance on train from Fairbanks to Anchorage was tiring but scenic. Overall, great value!

Exceeded expectations! Chena Hot Springs was magical. The itinerary was well-paced. Hotels included breakfast. The guide was professional. The coach was spacious. A small suggestion: more detailed gear guidance for the glacier hike.
