You will be greeted with tea and coffee, the sound of Mi'kmaq music and art on display. A multimedia presentation provides an overview of Mi'kmaq history in their nature themed theater. Then take part in a guided tour seeing artifacts that date back 7,500 years and touching fur, porcupine quills, sweetgrass, birch bark and traditional instruments as you listen to interpreters weave stories. - ARRIVAL: Guests to arrive into Halifax Stanfield International Airport (YHZ). Welcome Desk hours are 3:00pm - 5:00pm and Welcome Dinner starts at 6:00pm. Recommended flight arrival time by 3:00pm to avoid missing your Welcome Dinner.
- DEPARTURE: Guests will arrive at Halifax Stanfield International Airport (YHZ) at approx 12:00. Please allow ample time between this approx arrival time and flight departure time to allow for check-in/clearance of immigration etc (as per domestic/international guidelines for guests onwards flight).
- TRANSFERS: Please refer to guest documents for transfer options on arrival day. Private chargeable transfers are available at an additional charge. Guests who purchase private sedan transfers through Insight will be responsible to make a reservation directly with RMA 30 days to 7 days prior to departure. Additional information will be included with documents.
- IMPORTANT: Guests must have a valid passport to enter Canada within 6 month validity past trip return. US passport cards are only acceptable for land crossing, not flight arrival.
