On this Waikiki sunset helicopter tour, you'll soar over the city skyline glowing in warm evening light and circle Diamond Head as long shadows stretch from its peak. Pass above the sandy shores and volcanic cliffs of Hanauma Bay, watching the Makapuu Lighthouse beam red toward the sea. Along the scenic Windward Coast, evening light paints beaches, sandbars, and the distant Ko'olau Mountains. From ocean to rainforest, the majestic Ka'a'awa Valley unfolds, offering close views of Sacred Falls cascading into lush greenery. Glide above surfers at Banzai Pipeline and Waimea Bay, then over the "Pineapple Sea" at Dole Plantation. As sunset approaches, complete a solemn pass over the USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor. Sacred Falls
Sacred Falls is a secluded waterfall in Oahu's windward coast gorge. Closed to hiking since 1999 due to rockfall hazards, it is now only viewable by helicopter tours.

USS Arizona Memorial
This memorial in Honolulu, Hawaii serves as a remembrance of the American soldier killed in the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. The ship marks the resting place of over one thousand of the dead.

- Dress comfortably, like you would for any outdoor activity in Hawaii. However, if you choose a doors-off tour, your flight will be windy and cold so jackets and/or sweatshirts are required and long pants are recommended. Closed toed shoes are also required for doors-off tours. Hats are often not allowed on board your flight. Lastly, for anyone with long hair - a hair tie is recommended.

To ensure flight safety, Rainbow Helicopters must pre-balance the aircraft according to weight. Therefore, additional fees apply for passengers exceeding certain weight limits, as detailed below:

Weight 260-279 lbs (approx. 118-127 kg): An additional fee of 50% of the seat price will be charged.

Weight 280 lbs and above (approx. 127 kg and above): For safety and comfort, the purchase of an additional seat is required.
Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 36 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. The tour requires a minimum number of passengers to operate so reconfirmation two days prior to the departure date is required. If you are planning to take flight to join the tour, please call us to confirm the tour before booking flight tickets.
You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.
Changes to Reservations Policy:
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, National Day or other long weekend holidays are the peak season. Air tickets, transportation, meals and hotel accommodation during the peak season shall not be changed in name, date and itinerary, and the fees are not refundable. For 12/22 - 01/05 period there would be no refund for any change with 30 days prior departure date (notification date and departure date is not accounted) Thank you for understanding.
Any changes made to a reservation will be considered as cancellation and are subject to penalty. The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
