  • Maggie who was the guide for the day tour on Big Island was excellent. The other days on the tour could have been better if the other tour guides were truly bilingual and spoke English. Also the guide who picked us up on our arrival day was late and we had to call and check if someone was going to pick us up from the airport. Otherwise, the tour was good overall and covered many highlight places to see.
