- This booking requires cancellation more than 24 hour prior to scheduled event for full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to scheduled event, in which case customers accrue 100% of charges.
- Tours and activities may be cancelled in the event of inclement weather. Any sailing catamaran trip can be chartered for the equivalent of 35-passengers minimum, plus per-head at retail rate above 35 passengers up to a maximum of 49.
Policies
- Child rates apply to children 4 through 11 years of age when accompanied by an adult.
- Children under 3 years travel free on local sightseeing tours when not occupying a separate seat.
- 4.712% Hawaii general excise tax is added to all prices.
Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
15 days or more prior to departure - no penalty
8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
