  • Death Valley, CA

    Death Valley, CA
Death Valley is a region of the Mojave Desert which has the distinction of being the lowest and driest area of North America. The hottest temperature ever recorded on Earth, occurred here.

    View of Dante

The best time to visit Dante's View is in the cooler morning hours, when the sun is in the east. Dante's View is an excellent venue for night time star viewing with telescopes.

    Zabriskie Point

Zabriskie Point is a part of Amargosa Range located east of Death Valley in Death Valley National Park in California, United States, noted for its erosional landscape. It is composed of sediments from Furnace Creek Lake, which dried up 5 million years ago — long before Death Valley came into existence.

    Badwater Basin

    Badwater Basin
This barren basin in the heart of Death Valley National Park has an elevation of 282 feet below sea level, making it the lowest point in North America.

    Golf Course of Devil

The Devil's Golf Course is a large salt pan on the floor of Death Valley. It was named after a line in the 1934 National Park Service guide book to Death Valley National Monument, which stated that "Only the devil could play golf" on its surface, due to a rough texture from the large halite salt crystal formations.

  • Death Valley National Park has been on my bucket list forever and finally got to check it off! Tour guide Joel was a safe driver and very knowledgeable about the history of Las Vegas as well as the geology, geography and history of Death Valley. Beyond amazing and he made the time go by quickly with his storytelling! Joel was attentive to everyone's needs and abilities. Plenty of time to see the sights of the park and for pictures. Quick stops on the way to and from Death Valley. All the group members worked together while navigating the trails, helped with taking pictures and keeping everyone safe. Safe pick-up and drop off from my Las Vegas Hotel. Thank you Joel for making this tour to Death Valley a memorable experience.

  • The tour guide told interesting stories about the area, very entertaining. This is a tour for picture taking, so don’t be scared by the disclaimer paper the tour guide asked you to sign. In general, most of the time is sitting comfortably inside the van, listening to good old tales from the tour guide. A 20 - 30 minutes stop at each view point to amaze at the breath-taking valley of death and take pictures. You can experience the coldest, wildest weather at one point, and then calm, breezy, warm weather at the next point. Walking on the seabed below sea level, to touch or walk over the salt-enriched rocks; or gone with the wind.
