  • Additional Cost: Helicopter tours in Grand Canyon National Park, Sightseeing by Jeep in Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park, Night tour of Las Vegas and San Francisco, Sequoia Trees Yosemite National Park, Golden Gate Bridge and Sausalito Excursions
  • Prices do not include air travel, country entry or departure fees, airport porter fees, visas, phones, valet, all items of a personal nature and beverages and food unless otherwise stated.
  • Tips to the Tour Director and Driver (Suggested: Drivers: $4 - $6 per person per day; Guides: $4 - $6 per person per day).
  • The Extra fees can be paid directly to the tour guide in cash, credit card or travelers check in USD. The extra costs, i.e. the optional excursions are only payable if the passengers choose to join one or more of those.
  • National parks will charge an additional fee of $100 per person per park for foreign tourists (Non-U.S. residents) ages 16 and above, starting from 2026. . However, we'll help you purchases the Non-Resident Annual Pass (priced at $250 per pass), the pass will also cover the nonresident fees for up to three additional adults in the pass holder's group.

Additional Notes

  • Breakfast (additional cost): Upgrade to daily Continental Breakfast with complimentary upgrade to American Breakfast when available.
  • Some hotels may offer complimentary breakfast to all hotel guests which is reflected in the breakfast surcharge. No refunds can be given for such complimentary meals.
    Depending on local health guidelines in place at time of travel, some breakfast meals may be offered on a bagged to-go basis, through Starbucks gift cards or omitted.
  • Health Requirements Mask mandates are changing regularly. We strongly suggest the use of masks onboard busses, unless the driver or tour guide communicate that masks must be worn. Please always have masks handy during your trip, as mask mandates are subject to change at any time and some suppliers and attractions will only travelers who wear a mask.
    If a passenger is displaying symptoms of a potential infection, then they will be urged to immediately visit a local health care facility for additional testing. Such passengers will be denied access to the motor coach and not be allowed to rejoin the group until they can provide written documentation that they are not infected with COVID-19.
  • Tour Directors All Tour Directors engages to conduct one or more of our tours will receive additional training on health and safety requirements prior to the start of their first assignment. They will receive additional updates should local health regulations be amended or should the CDC revise their recommendations.
    Tour Directors will be requested to wear a face mask when interacting closely with travelers within the group and with service providers.
    They are instructed to alert local health authorities should a passenger develop symptoms which may indicate a possible infection by COVID-19.
  • Hotels Upon arrival at a hotel, all guests may be required to complete a health questionnaire and may be submitted to a temperature check. Social distancing may be required in all public areas of the hotel, which may result in additional wait times at elevators and other facilities. Hotels may not be able to provide all services and amenities as described, or only in an altered format, in adherence to local health guidelines.
  • Important Notice: New U.S. National Parks Fee Policy for Foreign Visitor

    Policy Nature Clarification:
    This adjustment constitutes an administrative policy change (Executive Order / Interior Department rule change) by the U.S. Department of the Interior, not formal congressional legislation, and legally qualifies as a force majeure event or policy adjustment.

    Key Regulations:
    1. Foreign Visitor Surcharge: Non-U.S. residents ages 16 and above entering designated popular national parks must pay an additional $100 per person per park fee, on top of the standard entrance fee.
    2. Annual Pass: $250 for non-U.S. residents. if a visitor purchases a Non-Resident Annual Pass (priced at $250 per pass), the pass will also cover the nonresident fees for up to three additional adults in the pass holder's group.
    3. Applicable Parks: The surcharge applies to 11 most-visited national parks including Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Yosemite, Zion, Grand Teton, Glacier, Rocky Mountain, Bryce Canyon, Acadia, Sequoia & Kings Canyon, Everglades.

    Important Notes:
    • Park entrances may require a government-issued photo ID to verify residency status.
    • Any additional costs arising from this policy must be borne by the traveler.
