We will continue driving to the Grand Canyon National Park in the morning, passing by the famous Hoover Dam and Route 66. We will arrive at the park around noon. Every visitor here is a photography master, and every photo is a landscape painting. One option is to take a helicopter tour (at your own expense) to get a bird's-eye view of the stunning Grand Canyon. After the visit, we will drive to the hotel for accommodation in town.

Then, we drive to Horseshoe Bend to witness the magnificent work of nature. After that, we head to the beautiful Lake Powell to enjoy the stunning scenery. Before sunset, we arrive at the famous hiking destination, Zion National Park, to observe the sunset view. We return to Las Vegas at night!

  • Luggage Policy: Due to vehicle size and passenger capacity, each passenger is allowed only one 26‑inch suitcase. If excess or oversized luggage causes transportation issues, the responsibility lies solely with the passenger. We offer free storage for oversized/excess luggage in the departure city (a new lock will be provided; you are responsible for the key fee and its safekeeping. We are not liable for lost keys). For Antelope Canyon: NO bags are allowed in Antelope Canyon! The guest who does NOT follow the rule will not be allowed on the tour.
  • Civilization tourism, Strictly no tripods, graffiti, littering, climbing, bags, or skirts in Antelope Canyon, follow the rules of your guide said, Or you'll be asked to leave the tour without any refunds.
  • If you need to change your departure location, please inform us 5 days before the departure date.
  • Departure time and point are subject to the actual weather. Please confirm your departure time and point with the tour guide one day before departure, and arrive at your departure point 15 mins before departure time. There will be no refund if you are late or miss the bus.
  • Please bring Motion Sickness Medication, if necessary.
  • Your cell phone may not have reception in some areas during the tour.
  • If you plan to have a night tour or show for the same day after the tour, please leave enough time for each activity. The tour duration may be changed or extended depending on weather, traffic conditions.
  • Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.

  • Important Notice: New U.S. National Parks Fee Policy for Foreign Visitor

    Policy Nature Clarification:
    This adjustment constitutes an administrative policy change (Executive Order / Interior Department rule change) by the U.S. Department of the Interior, not formal congressional legislation, and legally qualifies as a force majeure event or policy adjustment.

    Key Regulations:
    1. Foreign Visitor Surcharge: Non-U.S. residents ages 16 and above entering designated popular national parks must pay an additional $100 per person per park fee, on top of the standard entrance fee.
    2. Annual Pass: $250 for non-U.S. residents. Non-resident pass holders will be exempt from the per-park surcharge.
    3. Applicable Parks: The surcharge applies to 11 most-visited national parks including Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Yosemite, Zion, Grand Teton, Glacier, Rocky Mountain, Bryce Canyon, Acadia, Sequoia & Kings Canyon, Everglades.

    • Park entrances may require a government-issued photo ID to verify residency status.
    • Any additional costs arising from this policy must be borne by the traveler.

    Booking and Reservation
    All tours are for early booking, tour operator suggests the each passenger should book tour at least 3 weeks before departure date. Passenger may make reservation via email; however, seats will not be assigned until the deposit has been paid. At time of reservation, passenger may require to provide name, phone number and address and specify designated tour and date of travel.All seats are pre-assigned with numbers; seat assignment is based on a first come first serve basis after down payment.
  • Travel Documents
    Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) Tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    30 days more prior to departure - No penalty.
    15-29 days prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
    8-14days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure no show or late - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Broading Time and Location
    All passengers must arrive 15 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely no boarding without tickets. Departure time and boarding location will be confirmed after reservation is made.
  • Travel Insurance
    Tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance, for more information, please consult your travel agent.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
