  • Antelope Canyon Visitor Regulations: Antelope Canyon requires guided tours; no self-guided visits. Bags, tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are prohibited (exceptions for special photography tours). Flash photography, stopping on stairs, and food are not allowed. Bring only water and wear closed-toe shoes. No littering or bathrooms in the canyon. Commercial photography needs a permit. Respect the site's sacredness; special event photography requires advance permission. Violating rules may lead to tour removal without refund.
  • Tour Accessibility: This tour is not accessible for wheelchair users and is not recommended for pregnant individuals. The terrain and activities involved may pose challenges or risks for these groups. We advise potential participants with mobility concerns or those expecting to consider alternative options for their safety and comfort.
  • Itinerary Adjustments and Confirmation: Due to any force majeure, attraction policies may change, leading to itinerary adjustments. Please refer to the final confirmation letter after booking. For questions, contact us. Specific arrangements are subject to the guide's plan on departure day.

  • Group Composition and Pet Policy: Each tourist group must include at least one adult aged 18 or above. Pets and animals are not permitted on tour vehicles.
  • Hotel Check-in and Smoking Policy: Hotel check-in is available after 3:00 PM. All rooms are strictly non-smoking, with violations incurring a fine exceeding $250. For airport pickups outside Las Vegas, guests should self-check-in using their itinerary confirmation, hotel confirmation number, and valid ID.
  • Hotel Deposit Information: Hotels typically require a refundable deposit of $50-$100, returned upon check-out.
  • Bed Configuration and Occupancy Policy: Rooms are furnished with two beds as standard. No additional beds will be provided for third or fourth occupants, including children. Guests should plan accordingly for room sharing.
  • Child Safety Seat Requirement: For select vehicle types, children under 8 years old must use a safety seat due to vehicle regulations. The local tour operator offers rental services at $10 per child per day. If traveling with children under 8, please note this in your order comments or inform customer service to ensure proper arrangements.

  • Luggage Policy: Due to vehicle size and passenger capacity, each passenger is allowed only one 26‑inch suitcase. If excess or oversized luggage causes transportation issues, the responsibility lies solely with the passenger. We offer free storage for oversized/excess luggage in the departure city (a new lock will be provided; you are responsible for the key fee and its safekeeping. We are not liable for lost keys).
  • Important Notice: New U.S. National Parks Fee Policy for Foreign Visitor

    Policy Nature Clarification:
    This adjustment constitutes an administrative policy change (Executive Order / Interior Department rule change) by the U.S. Department of the Interior, not formal congressional legislation, and legally qualifies as a force majeure event or policy adjustment.

    Key Regulations:
    1. Foreign Visitor Surcharge: Non-U.S. residents ages 16 and above entering designated popular national parks must pay an additional $100 per person per park fee, on top of the standard entrance fee.
    2. Annual Pass: $250 for non-U.S. residents. Non-resident pass holders will be exempt from the per-park surcharge.
    3. Applicable Parks: The surcharge applies to 11 most-visited national parks including Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Yosemite, Zion, Grand Teton, Glacier, Rocky Mountain, Bryce Canyon, Acadia, Sequoia & Kings Canyon, Everglades.
