  • My family and I had a great trip (4D3N Grand Canyon from SF) with the tour guide, Mr Wen! It wasn't easy managing a big bus of 50 people but Mr Wen did well by giving clear instructions and planning the timing of each stop and break perfectly. At times, the drive was pretty long and tiring but Mr Wen tried his best to make the trip as comfortable as possible for everyone. Also, after the trip, we realised that we left something on the bus that was precious to us. When we reached out to Mr Wen, he very kindly met us on his off day - Thank you again, Mr Wen!
