Bags, tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are prohibited (exceptions for special photography tours). Flash photography, stopping on stairs, and food are not allowed. Bring only water and wear closed-toe shoes. No littering or bathrooms in the canyon. Commercial photography needs a permit. Respect the site's sacredness; special event photography requires advance permission. Violating rules may lead to tour removal without refund.
• Tour Accessibility: This tour is not accessible for wheelchair users and is not recommended for pregnant individuals. The terrain and activities involved may pose challenges or risks for these groups. We advise potential participants with mobility concerns or those expecting to consider alternative options for their safety and comfort.

We strongly advise against early tour departures. Should you choose to leave the tour prematurely for personal reasons, you will bear any resulting costs. Additionally, no refunds or compensation will be provided for prepaid tour fees in such cases. This policy ensures the smooth operation of the tour for all participants while maintaining fairness in our service delivery.

• Group Composition and Pet Policy: Each tourist group must include at least one adult aged 18 or above. Pets and animals are not permitted on tour vehicles.
• Hotel Check-in and Smoking Policy: Hotel check-in is available after 3:00 PM. All rooms are strictly non-smoking, with violations incurring a fine exceeding $250. For airport pickups outside Las Vegas, guests should self-check-in using their itinerary confirmation, hotel confirmation number, and valid ID.
• Hotel Deposit Information: Hotels typically require a refundable deposit of $50-$100, returned upon check-out.
• Bed Configuration and Occupancy Policy: Rooms are furnished with two beds as standard. No additional beds will be provided for third or fourth occupants, including children. Guests should plan accordingly for room sharing.
• Child Safety Seat Requirement: For select vehicle types, children under 8 years old must use a safety seat due to vehicle regulations. The local tour operator offers rental services at $10 per child per day. If traveling with children under 8, please note this in your order comments or inform customer service to ensure proper arrangements.
• Holiday Pricing: During major holidays, hotel prices may fluctuate. We will inform you of any changes when confirming your order.
• Tour Package Inclusions and Alternatives: All necessary fees, including attraction visits, are included. If an attraction is closed, we'll arrange alternatives at no extra cost or provide appropriate refunds.
• Pick-up Point Policy: Guests sharing a room must use the same pick-up point.
• Daily Service Fee: A daily service fee applies for various services including airport pickup and hotel check-in (except in Los Angeles).
• Ticket Purchase Policy: All attraction tickets must be purchased through the tour guide. Personal tickets or City Passes are not accepted. Insistence on using personal tickets will result in the withdrawal of transportation and guide services for that day.
• Luggage Policy: Due to vehicle size and passenger capacity, each passenger is allowed only one 26‑inch suitcase. If excess or oversized luggage causes transportation issues, the responsibility lies solely with the passenger. We offer free storage for oversized/excess luggage in the departure city (a new lock will be provided; you are responsible for the key fee and its safekeeping. We are not liable for lost keys).
• Important Notice: New U.S. National Parks Fee Policy for Foreign Visitor

  Policy Nature Clarification:
  This adjustment constitutes an administrative policy change (Executive Order / Interior Department rule change) by the U.S. Department of the Interior, not formal congressional legislation, and legally qualifies as a force majeure event or policy adjustment.

  Key Regulations:
  1. Foreign Visitor Surcharge: Non-U.S. residents ages 16 and above entering designated popular national parks must pay an additional $100 per person per park fee, on top of the standard entrance fee.
  2. Annual Pass: $250 for non-U.S. residents. Non-resident pass holders will be exempt from the per-park surcharge.
  3. Applicable Parks: The surcharge applies to 11 most-visited national parks including Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Yosemite, Zion, Grand Teton, Glacier, Rocky Mountain, Bryce Canyon, Acadia, Sequoia & Kings Canyon, Everglades.

  • Park entrances may require a government-issued photo ID to verify residency status.
  • Any additional costs arising from this policy must be borne by the traveler.

  Effective Date: January 1, 2026

• Guaranteed rare and unique wildlife such as bison, deer, wolves,bear sightings in Yellowstone during 4/15/2026–5/31/2026 and 9/1/2026–10/15/2026. If no wildlife is seen, each guest receives $20 compensation. No guarantee outside these periods.

• Vehicle Usage Standards

  • During the tour, groups of 6 or more passengers will travel in a Nappa First-Class Vehicle; groups of fewer than 6 passengers will use a 7-seat business van.

  • All vehicles are equipped with comprehensive commercial insurance with million-level coverage to ensure travel safety.

  • If due to force majeure (such as sudden breakdowns, weather conditions, etc.) a Nappa business van cannot be provided for the entire duration of the tour for groups of 6 or more passengers, we will compensate each passenger $50. If a Nappa business van cannot be arranged for only part of the tour, no compensation will be provided. We appreciate your understanding.

  • On the first day (from Los Angeles to Las Vegas), vehicles will be arranged based on conditions on that day, and the use of a First-Class Vehicle is not guaranteed.

  • During the itinerary, there may be instances where different models or colors of touring vehicles (interior and exterior) are used, which will not affect your touring experience in any way. Our company reserves the right of final interpretation.
