• Indoor Shooting Range Business Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (last booking at 5:30 PM). Customers may choose their preferred time slot.
• Pickup Service: Complimentary pick-up service is available from most hotels in Las Vegas strip and downtown area. Tour guide will contact customers for the hotel pick-up time in advance.

Shooting Requirements:

• Stay sober (not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol, including legalized marijuana). If a guest is intoxicated, or has consumed alcohol or attended a party prior to shooting, we will ask them to reschedule for another day.

• If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a guest is under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, we reserve the right to refuse service.

• Guests participating in shooting activities must not be pregnant; must be mentally stable; and must be able to follow instructions.

• All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• Indoor shooting range requirements: Minimum age 10 years old; minimum height 51 inches (approx. 130 cm); minimum weight 89 lbs (approx. 40 kg).

• All minors must be assessed by a Range Safety Officer to ensure they can safely participate in the experience.

• Supply of all firearms and ammunition is subject to on‑site availability.

Confirmation

• All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

• Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

• Booking and Reservation
  No cancellations permitted once the booking is confirmed.
• Travel Documents
  Tickets are ordered by a real-name system, after booking, print and bring this confirmation and passport or ID card to pick up the ticket in front of the box office.
• Broading Time and Location
  All passengers must arrive 10 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely no boarding without tickets. Departure time and boarding location will be confirmed after reservation is made.
• Travel Insurance
  Tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance, for more information, please consult your travel agent.
• Tour Cancellation
  We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.  In case of holiday or special occasion，the time to enter the canyon maybe change, please keep checking email and phone. No refund shall apply if the Upper Antelope Canyon is closed due to the force majeure.
