- Driver Overtime Policy The driver's workday is 10 hours from the scheduled start time. Overtime is charged at USD 120 per hour (prorated in full-hour increments) under the following conditions: 1) Overtime requested by guests (e.g., added stops) is shared by all passengers; 2) Overtime from individual delay is paid by that person.
