I got this tour as a gift for my parents who don't travel very often on their own, but have always wanted to see the east coast. They had the best time and absolutely loved their tour guide Benny- he was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! The accommodations were pretty basic but they were only there to sleep and they had everything they needed. Their days were long, but they really felt like they got to see everything in the area. I paid for all of their activities ahead of time which worked out. Most meals aren't included so we had to take care of that separately. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone who is traveling from far away and wants to maximize what they can see in a short period of time. I would also recommend doing your research ahead of time, deciding on some things you want to see, and paying for them ahead of time as well. Thank you Benny for taking care of my parents and ensuring that they had a once in a lifetime trip!

Our tour was good. Our tour guide was Sammy and he was great. He would always explain the area we were in and the history and other cool information about the area. He also cracked a lot of jokes and was really great overall. The hotels were not 4 stars but 3 stars so they are misleading with those. Other than that we did have a good time.
P.S. When you get the lobster dinner, make sure you ask for the lobster rolls instead of the whole lobster😂.

Our guide, Jay, was very informative, he explained about the places that we went and some fun facts, very helpful too.
Your Operation Team, Jonathan, was very helpful, he went out of the way to make things work because our original tour was canceled in which we were not aware of, but he made arrangements for our hotel & found a tour that we can join the next day. Kudos to him.

Everything about the tour was so good and we had a memorable trip
The only problem from day 1 was that the bus was never cleaned and had food particles all around even on day 1 and was never vacuumed or cleaned till end of trip.I just hope they work on cleaning the bus each morning before the start of the trip

Loved the itinerary and organization. I did the tour with my parents and they both thoroughly enjoyed it. We had 2 tour guides for 1 day each and they were good. For the last 4 days, we had Paul as the tour guide and he was exceptional. Plan to do all the optional tours to get the maximum value. Hotel accomodations near Phily and Niagara falls could have been better. I definitely recommend this.

This was the first time to visit New York.
It was very experience especially with very nice group and tour guide from Alan was perfect.
