Itinerary
After pick up at 6:30am, we travel from Manchester to Holyhead Port for a ferry (Holyhead - Dublin 10:00-13:30) crossing to Dublin. In Dublin, visit Trinity College Dublin, Kilmainham Gaol, and Dublin Castle. Explore the Temple Bar District. Optional visit to the Guinness Storehouse.

Trinity College
This research university is the most prestigious in Ireland. Established in 1592, it now educates over 16,000 students. Famous graduates include Jonathan Swift, Oscar Wilde, Samuel Beckett, and Bram Stoker.
Guinness Storehouse
The Guinness Storehouse examines both the history of beer brewing as well as the history of the company itself, complete with exhibits demonstrating the brewing process. A free pint of beer for each guest is included on each tour!
Kilmainham Gaol
This museum was once a prison in Dublin. It was first built in 1796 and was used to imprison (and eventually execute) many Irish revolutionaries. In 1971, it was converted into the current museum.
