Day 1: Montreal - New York (598 km)

We will depart in the morning and head to New York, the largest city in North America. Upon arrival at Times Square, one of New York's most iconic locations. You can stroll around and enjoy the unique urban landscape of New York. Feel free to explore classic attractions around Times Square, such as the famous Broadway theaters where you can experience world-class musicals, take a photo at the Red Stairs, enjoy a panoramic view of Times Square, or visit landmarks like the NASDAQ electronic billboard.
Return to the hotel around 8 p.m.

Times Square

Called "The Crossroads of the World," this major intersection in midtown Manhattan-- where Broadway hits Seventh Avenue-- is a world-famous icon of both New York City and the United States. It has appeared in countless forms of media.

Day 2: New York City Manhattan

After breakfast, we will head to downtown Manhattan. The day is yours to explore at your own pace—whether you want to shop, sightsee, or visit friends. Please ensure you return to the designated bus meeting point on time in the evening to rejoin the group for the journey back to the hotel.

Day 3: New York - Duty-Free Shop - Montreal (598 km)

After breakfast, return to Manhattan by bus and enjoy your morning. Departure from New York in the afternoon. On the way back, we will stop at the duty-free shop, if conditions permit. We plan to arrive in Montreal around 8:30 p.m.

Additional Note

A valid passport (it must be valid 6 months after return journey) is required to pass U.S. Customs. A valid U.S. visa is also required for countries that are not in the Visa Waiver Program. We do not endorse any considerable delays at customs because of personal mistakes made by travelers in the group. Therefore guests are obliged to leave the group from U.S. border and the return fee will afford by their own.
All spaces and seats on the bus are arranged by the tour guide, if the passenger doesn't show up, we have the rights to use the space and seats.
Service fees for your tour guide/driver is payable by the number of the people you booked no matter how many show up.
Each room contains one or two double beds in all hotels in North America.

Confirmation

Tour has minimum guests requirement and needs reconfirmation from tour operator 3-5 days before the departure date. Please do not book airline tickets until you have received the confirmation.

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
Cancellation penalties per person as follows:(Notification day and departure day are not counted)
7-14 days prior to departure - 20% of total purchase amount
3-6 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount
Within 2 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee..
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, TakeTours only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
