After pickup from Midtown hotel, we will fly from a NYC airport to a Niagara airport. Then we will enjoy a day of exploration on the US side of Niagara Falls. Highlights of the day will include a boat tour, Cave of the Winds boardwalk, lunch, views of the Niagara Falls and more!

    Cave of the Winds

    Cave of the Winds
    The Cave of the Winds on the New York side of Niagara Falls is an attraction which allows people to walk along pathways on the river at the base of the American Falls. It is open in the summer.
  • Free Pick Up: Only available from Midtown Hotels located between 23rd Street and 74th Street to/from NYC airport. The Pick-up services will be available only at hotels and at the Radio City Apartment Hotel. At any other accommodation (e.g., apartment hotels, hostel, motel, and bed & breakfast), no pick-up service is available.
  • Meeting at the Airport: You can also choose arrive at the airport by yourself. Please have the print-out of the vouchers that are sent after the tour the confirmed. That should have your flight information. You should get the boarding pass on your own and proceed for check-in. The tour guide will meet you when you arrive at Niagara Falls Airport. We will choose the airport and airport info will be confirmed one month in advance. The Airport of preference is JFK. But the actual airport will be informed in the Confirmation Voucher.
  • Drop Off: Passengers will be dropped off at the same location they were picked up from.

  • Round Trip Transfers: from Midtown hotels in Manhattan -between 23rd St and 74th St to NYC airport. The hotel list for your reference Click here
  • Flight Tickets: between New York EWR, JFK, or LGA and Niagara International, BUF or ROC ( depending on tickets availability)
  • Admissions to Cave of the Winds and Maid of the Mist
  • Lunch
  • A tour guide and/or a driver

Price Excludes

  • Country entry or departure fees, airport porter fees, visas, phones, valet, all items of a personal nature and beverages and food unless otherwise stated.
  • Service Fees: $5.00 per person per day to the Driver and Guide.

Additional Note

  • The minimum number of Passengers: 2 pax
  • In the event of a flight cancellation every effort will be made to reschedule departure.
  • Booking will be subject to reconfirmation by the service provider within 24 hours.
  • Checked baggage for your flight is subject to fees depending on the airline.
  • Reservation must be the same name written on Passport. The name cannot be changed.
  • If the passengers choose not to enter the Cave of the Winds Boardwalk due to extended wait times. We will refund $12, the entrance fee of the Cave of the Winds Boardwalk.


  • Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. All tours can be will be confirmed within 1-2 business day.


  • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Reservation must be the same name on Passport.All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day.
  • Standard Cancellation and Refund policy (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
    Any changes on names would be counted as cancellation and cancellation policy applies.
  • Cancellation Penalties per person as following:
    31 days or more prior to departure date - 0% of total purchase amount
    8-30 days prior to departure date - 50% if total purchase amount
    within 7 days of departure date or no-show - 100% of total purchase amount
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    Other cancellation charges may apply to bookings for group tours (ten or more pax). We recommend you to ask us at the time of booking.
  • Name changes may be subjected to a fee regardless of tour type.
  • Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
  • We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
  • In the unlikely case of flights being canceled for any reason (eg: mechanical, weather) the tour operator reserves the right to substitute the return flight with return by bus if no alternate flights available. The tour operator assumes no liability or responsibility for airline and bus delays. In case of passengers required to overnight in Niagara Falls due to weather or cancellation of flights/bus, any additional costs incurred by passengers for hotel accommodations, meals and personal expenses will be the responsibility of the passengers. It should be noted that the tour operator will not be responsible for any loss or damage, inconvenience or additional expense caused by such unforeseen circumstances and no refund will be given in this case. In addition, the tour operator cannot calculate the travel time to a tour destination in such situations.
  • If the participants have purchased without the shuttle service option and decided to go back from a NYC airport to their hotel by public transportation on the returning date, they would not have the right to receive any of our substituted Tour Services (e.g., re-accommodation) and should have the responsibility for the additional arrangements and expenses regarding the use of public transportation, in the event of the unforeseen circumstances.
  • When the participants request or demand extra Tour Services that are not originally included or listed in our itinerary, the tour operator will assist you with necessary arrangements but will not be responsible for any additional expense. Therefore, the participants who request the extra Tour Services will be charged and must pay the additional expenses.
