Pros: The tour started on time. Our tour guide, Eduardo, has guided us to maid of mist just in time to avoid the long queue. Cons: The tour price included canadian side tour, and unfortunately for those people who do not have canadian visa cannot go to canadian side of niagara falls, so for those left behind, they need to wait for about 3 to 4 hours while others are touring on the canada side. So hopefully, they will have a separate tour package for niagara falls american side only to cater to those people without canadian visas.

Niagara Falls is just a short flight from New York City, and this unique tour takes advantage of short flight that separates those in the city from the beauty of Niagara!
We can arrange the flight form New York JFK or LGA Airport. Upon landing at any of the Niagara airports (Niagara International, BUF), you will be met by a local guide who will take you on a day of exploration at Niagara Falls.
Customers would take the famous Hornblower ride, which would be available between late April to early October. Guests would take Juourney behind the falls at the time when Maid of the Mist is closed. The tour will conclude at the New York.

Hornblower Niagara City Cruises
Formerly Maid of the Mist, the Hornblower Cruise now runs Niagara cruise operations on the Canadian side of the Falls. This boat ride will take passengers as close to the roaring waters of the Falls as possible!
Journey Behind the Falls
The "Journey Behind the Falls" is an attraction on the Canadian side of Horseshoe Falls which allows tourists to to guide themselves through the rock behind Niagara for an up-close look at the cascading water.
Visit in winter when Hornblower is closed.

- Please have the print-out of the vouchers that are sent after the tour the confirmed. That should have your flight information. You should get the boarding pass on your own and proceed for check-in. The tour guide will meet you when you arrive at Niagara Falls Airport.

- A minimum of two passengers per booking is required.
- Once the air ticket is issued cannot be refund or exchange. We are not responsible for any canceling flight or flight delay.
- Visitors to Canada:: All participants are required to show their government-issued ID (i.e., passport) at the airline check-in counter. You must remind the participants to bring their valid IDs, particularly their passport AND I-94/ESTA, on the departure date.
When traveling to Canada, at airports participants may be asked to provide other official travel documents, as well as their valid passport and I-94/ESTA (It is the passengers' responsibility to understand the immigration requirements and obtain necessary documents because the required travel documents vary depending on their nationality).
A change of pick-up locations must be made by three days before the departure date; the tour operator will not accept any change request within the three days. In addition, to pick up the participants on time at the right place, you must provide the accurate information (i.e., name or address) about hotels at which the participants stay. - In case of departing flight cancellation
After arriving at the airport, if the departing flight is canceled and the tour has to be canceled We will refund the tour price, excluding the one-way hotel-airport transport fee ($60 per person). In addition, please note that the travel expenses for returning from the airport will be responsible by the customer.
In case of return flight cancellation- If the return flight is delayed or canceled due to weather, or if an alternative flight on the same day cannot be arranged, the flight may be postponed to the following day. The customer will be responsible for an accommodation fee.
- If the return flight is delayed or canceled due to weather, we may ask you to return to New York by public transportation (Greyhound Bus, etc.), but please note that the tour guide will not be able to accompany you.
In addition, after arriving in New York, the drop off place will be at Port Authority Bus Terminal. Those with an airport-hotel transport service, will be given $20 to return to their hotel by taxi.- Foreign language guide subject to availability.
- Checked baggage for your flight is subject to fees depending on the airline.
- Reservation must be the same name written on Passport. The name cannot be changed.

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. All tours can be will be confirmed within 1-2 business day.
You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

It should be noted that the tour operator will not be responsible for any loss or damage, inconvenience or additional expense caused by such unforeseen circumstances and no refund will be given in this case. In addition, the tour operator cannot calculate the travel time to a tour destination in such situations.

Thank you fro your email, This tour is a 1-day tour that requires airport pick ups and drop offs. if you really want to enjoy and be able to do more attractions we recommend 2 or 3 day tours. Unfortunately meals are chose upon availability of restaurants during the tour, we can't offer or honor special meal requests. You can choose to travel on the US side for this tour. Simply choose US self-guided tour for question #4 when booking. Keep in mind that a valid passport and visa is required for the Canadian side.
Does the package exist, pick up from Manhattan hotel in the early hours - drive to canadian side. See the falls. Drive back to the Manhattan hotel? We don't mind the early start and late finish.

Would recommend this tour. They arrived on time to collect from hotel, everything was well organised, collected at Buffalo airport as directed and had a wonderful day seeing the sights in the area and both American and Canada side of the Falls. Long but very enjoyable day. Amazing.
