I took this 3 day tour with my mother and my friends on September 13th of 2019. I must say that it was amazing 3 day fun for us, beginning with a driver Andy, who was extremely professional and very friendly, And I must say about our tour guide Wendy, who was the most sweet, fun and energetic person I've ever seen, she had organized this tour extremely well, even for my 77 year old mother was very easy to follow everywhere we went. In the end of the tour Wendy made sure that every single traveler got their cabs to get home safe. Overall, we all are extremely satisfied and planning to get another tour with Wendy. I would highly recommend. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN.

- Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour guides and/or drivers (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
- City Passes: No City Passes or any other kind of outside promotional offer may be used on this tour. Guests who buy tickets to attractions from elsewhere will not be provided with transportation.
- Child Seat: Children aged under 8 yrs will have to have car seat to take our tours. Customers will need to prepare car seats themselves, tour operator is not responsible to provide car seats.
- Wheelchair: Due to different bus models, we may not be able to accommodate participants using wheelchairs. Therefore, we regret that we cannot accept wheelchair users to join our tour.
- Pets: Pets will not be transported.

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within one hour of submitting your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. This tour is 100% guaranteed departure. Restrictions apply; due to weather conditions, State Emergencies, Airport Closures or anything beyond the control of the tour operator the guarantee will not apply.
You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on the e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.
BOOKING AND RESERVATION
The tour operator suggests each passenger book tours at least one day before the departure date. Yet, this product is available for last-minute booking as long as there is an inventory on the page. The seats will not be assigned until the reservation has been made. The passenger may be required to provide a name, phone number, and address and specify the designated tour and date of travel.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE POLICY
(1) All cancellations or changes of date must comply 7 days before departure. The full refund will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. The refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
