We then arrive at the legendary Niagara Falls for the Cave of the Winds walkway experience (closed after October 20), bringing you to the base of the American Falls. As night falls, join an evening excursion to Goat Island and Luna Island, where colorful mist and lights create a fairy-tale waterfall scene visible only after dark.

  • The tour fee only includes basic transportation and accommodation. To enhance your travel experience, this tour also requires mandatory basic sightseeing activities. Please coordinate with the tour guide during the trip to select your preferred activities.
  • To join optional activities, please pay the tour guide via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. Personal ticket purchases or City Passes are not allowed; the tour guide will arrange group tickets.
  • All meals and drinks during the trip are not included in tour price. The tour guide will make eating arrangements.
  • Any private expenses
  • No self-paid tickets or use of CITY PASS tickets are allowed during the entire tour. Please purchase tickets through the tour guide.

Additional Note

  • Hotel pricing:
    Prices are based on two adults sharing. Single room occupancy requires an extra fee. Double, triple & quad prices are for two, three, and four people, staying in one room, respectively (including children). Each hotel room can only accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (adults or children). Each guest room comes standard with two full-sized or one queen-sized bed.
  • Vehicle Equipment: Equipped with a seat belt, 5 million commercial insurance; drivers with more than 5 years of driving experience.
  • Baggage regulations: 1 check-in or 2 carry-on baggage for each person.
  • Wheelchair: Due to different bus models, we may not be able to accommodate participants using wheelchairs. Therefore, we regret that we cannot accept wheelchair users to join our tour.
  • Pets: Pets will not be transported.
  • Scenic Spots Notes:
    (1) Itinerary will be subject to traffic and weather. The sequence of the attractions might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
    (2) In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.) tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.
    (3) This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Guests need to purchase admission tickets from tour guides.
  • Refund Remark:
    (1) If the weather condition, war, general strikes and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserve the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
    (2) If visitors cannot join the tour because of personal reason, the fee for hotels and transportation is not refundable.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 1-2 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Booking and Reservation
    All tours are for early booking, tour operator suggests the each passenger should book tour at least 3 weeks before departure date. Passenger may make reservation via email; however, seats will not be assigned until the deposit has been paid. At time of reservation, passenger may require to provide name, phone number and address and specify designated tour and date of travel.All seats are pre-assigned with numbers; seat assignment is based on a first come first serve basis after down payment.
  • Travel Documents
    Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) Tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
  • Cancellations and Reschedule Policies
    • Cancel or Reschedule (7 Days or More Before Departure):

      1. You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 7 days before departure (inclusive) for a full refund of the basic tour fee

      2. Extra costs for extended hotels, bus tickets, or other services depend on the policies of the service providers and may not be refundable.

    • Cancel or No-Show (Within 3 Days of Departure):

      If you cancel within 3 days of departure or do not show up on the departure day, no refund will be given and rescheduling is not possible.

    • Missed Itinerary or Personal Reasons:

      If you or anyone in your group misses any part of the trip for personal reasons (such as missing documents, lateness, illness, or accidents), no refund or compensation will be provided.

    • Special Offer: "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" or "Buy 2, Get 2 Free":

      1. Early Cancellation: If the third or fourth guest cancels 7 days or more before departure, there is no penalty.

      2. Last-Minute Cancellation: If the third or fourth guest cancels within 6 days of departure or does not show up, there is a penalty of $50 per person per day.

    • Refund Processing:

      1. Refunds will be credited to your TakeTours wallet for future use.

      2. You may also request a refund to your credit card (6% handling fee applies).

      3. No refunds are available more than 30 days after the tour ends.

  • Tour Check-In Instructions
    Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. All passengers are required to present a valid photo ID and their confirmation email (e-ticket) to join the tour. Your tour guide will contact you one day prior to your tour date with pick-up instructions.
  • Travel Insurance
    Tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance, for more information, please consult your travel agent.
  • Luggage Restriction
    Each passenger may carry one check-in luggage and one carry-on bag.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation
    We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
  • Free-Fare Traveler Policy: Free-fare passengers must cancel their reservations at least 7 days before departure to avoid penalties. No-shows or late cancellations will incur a $288 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
