Itinerary
This tour will begin in the morning, with guests meeting on Eight Avenue between 43rd and 44th streets. We will be escorted by a knowledgeable guide as we explore Manhattan from uptown to downtown, venturing to places like SoHo and the Brooklyn Bridge. After exploring Manhattan, we will board a ferry at Battery Park, which will carry us to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island where we will visit the Museum of Immigration. At the end of the tour, guests will be returned to the same location where they were picked up. SoHo
This famous neighborhood in lower Manhattan is known for its importance in New York City's artistic and cultural history as well as its shops and boutiques. This U.S. National Historic Landmark District is also known for its architecture.
Brooklyn Bridge
Easily one of New York City's most recognizable landmarks, the towering arches of the Brooklyn Bridge have welcomed drivers to the island of Manhattan for years. The two automobile lanes of the bridge are divided by a designated pedestrian walkway.
Battery Park
A small park on the southern tip of the island of Manhattan, Battery Park offers an exquisite view of New York Harbor. Castle Clinton is a fortress in the park, built to defend the city in the War of 1812.
Statue of Liberty
This world-famous statue in New York harbor is best known as a center of immigration in the United States. This boat ride allows for a water-top view of Lady Liberty and plenty of opportunities to take amazing photos!
Ellis Island
Ellis Island is a national park off the coast of New York City. Once the gateway for the majority of the immigrant population entering the country, the island is now on the National Register of Historic Places.
Museum of Immigration
The American Museum of Immigration pays tribute to the long history of immigrants who came to the United States via Ellis Island.

All tours include a guided visit of the various neighborhoods, and a stroll through one or more of the residential or commercial areas. Each tour focuses on the history and development of the area visited as well as life today. Some tours also cover specific topics or musical genre: the Gospel tours cover the origins of Gospel as well as the Black Church in America, while the Jazz Tour covers Jazz history, and so forth.
The tours depart from the ticket office located at 690 Eighth Avenue between 43rd and 44th Street, on the First Floor. We meet 15 minutes prior to tour departure.
The Sunday gospel tour includes a visit to one local church and visitors take part in a traditional Sunday service for about an hour to an hour and a half.
We invite the guests to take walks through the neighborhoods we visit. The average walk is about 15 minutes.
Yes, the tours are very safe. As in any city, we suggest taking a tour first to get acquainted with the neighborhoods.
Eating and/or drinking are not allowed at any time while on the bus.

I do not believe you get to step on the statue of liberty, I think you will just drive around the statue on the ferry.
