Itinerary
After guests have been picked up from the hotels in Puerto Iguazu, we will travel to Iguassu Falls. This amazing geological area formed as the result of volcanic eruptions. They are taller than Niagara Falls and twice as wide, made up of 275 cascading falls spread in a horseshoe fashion, spread across two miles. The Devil's Throat is best seen from the Brazilian side. Here, 14 falls drop 350 feet with such force that a 100 foot tall cloud of mist stays permanently suspended overhead. Watch for the rainbow! Afterwards, we will visit the Itaipu Hydroelectric Dam, before returning to Puerto Iguazu.

It's the fourth largest city in the province of Misiones. The world-renowned Iguazu Falls are only 18 kilometres (11 mi) away from the city, and as a result the city has developed much of its infrastructure around tourism.
Devil's Throat
Devilâs Throat, also known as âGarganta del Diablo,â is undoubtedly one of the most awe-inspiring wonders of the magnificent Iguazu Falls. It is a U-shaped waterfall measuring 270 feet (82 meters) high and 500 feet (150 meters) wide, offering a truly spectacular sight.

Iguazu Falls are waterfalls of the Iguazu River on the border of the Argentina province of Misiones and the Brazilian state of Parani. The falls are shared by the Iguaz' National Park (Argentina) and Iguau National Park (Brazil). The two parks were designated UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 1984 and 1987, respectively.

Policies
Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.
Currency Fluctuations: All tour prices are current at the time of publication and are susceptible to currency fluctuations. We reserve the right to alter the tour price in accordance with changes in foreign exchanges rates and changes in prices for services. The rate that you pay when you reserve your tour will protect you against future currency fluctuations; on the other hand, no price adjust (refund) will be made based upon change in tour prices.
Changes to Reservations: A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)

8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
Prices may vary and are subject to availability by season, weekend, and/or holiday.
While we will make every effort to maintain a regular operation, we reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip and issue a full refund to affected customers under special circumstances.
