Itinerary

Excluded
This tour will begin after guests have been picked up from their hotels in Reykjavik. The first portion of our day will be spent learning to ride famous Icelandic horses, used long ago by the Vikings in the region. Though small, these horses are sure-footed, docile, enduring, and extremely strong. After this experience, we will enjoy a lunch break before heading to Thingvellir National Park, the Gullfoss Waterfall, and the geothermal hot springs in the area of Geysir. On our drive back to Reykjavik, we will stop in the town of Hveragerdi. When we return to the capital, the tour will come to an end. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations.
