Travel to Stonehenge

This world-famous prehistoric monument dates to between 3000 and 2000 BC. It is a UNESCO National Historic Site and one of the most recognizable icons of Britain in the world. It is thought to have been a burial site and evidence suggests that it has strong religious importance. While how the stones were moved and placed was once a mystery, we now know that only the most basic engineering know-how was necessary and it was a relatively simplistic process.
