Itinerary
Guests will be picked up from the specified departure location in San Francisco. Today, we will drive up to Napa Valley and Somona to tour some of the area's famous wineries and sample their products. Over the course of the day, we will learn about various winemaking techniques and shop for our favorite varieties. The tour includes stops at the following locations: Nicholson Ranch Winery (Sonoma); Madonna Estate, Mt. St. John (Napa); lunch in Yountville at V Marketplace (Yountville); Sutter Home (Napa). At the end of the day, we will return to San Francisco. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations.

- Guests staying at hotels around Fisherman抯 Wharf can go to the Fisherman's Wharf Tour Center on 2800 Leavenworth Street no later than 45 minutes before the departure time to catch shuttle to 478 Post Street.

Policies
Confirmation will be received within 24 - 48 hours of purchase, subject to availability.
You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete Operator information, including important local telephone numbers for your destination, is included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print the e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.
All purchases will be confirmed with one business day after purchase.
All Tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate. You will be notified prior to departure time if cancellation is necessary.
We reserves the right to cancel or change any tours, schedules or rates and to cancel or substitute routes and stops on any tour without prior notice and to substitute restaurants, attractions, landmarks and or sites as directed by officials.
Changes to Reservations: A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
15 days or more prior to departure - no penalty
8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
