- Accomodation: Each hotel room only has two beds. According to the fire regulations, each room can only accommodate four people no matter their age. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel or you will be charged $350 penalty.
- Passport Required: Some nationalities may need multiple entry visas to the USA as well as a Canadian visa. United States alien residents require a valid alien resident card. Passengers are responsible for their own entry requirements.
- Language: All tours are escorted by professional bilingual or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
- Luggage Policy: Each traveler can bring one check-in size and one personal item on the tour.Additional piece of luggage surcharge$35.00 each.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Unused features are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the entire payment.

(2) The Tour operator reserves the right to alter the tour program and the itinerary order may be different than displayed online, the tour guide will arrange it accordingly depending on the traffic, hotel arrangement, attractions opening time, etc.
(3) Tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. By accepting our policy, the passenger must agree that the tour operator shall hold no responsibilities for itinerary alterations, delays or cancellation strikes, sickness, theft, loss, accidents, weather, bus issues, or any other causes.
(4) Each group requires a minimum of 10 passengers to operate a departure. The tour operator reserves the right to cancel a departure due to not meeting this basic requirement. Liability for such cancellation is limited to a full refund of the money received by us, and this will constitute a full settlement with the Tour Department.
(5) Tour operator reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any tour member for any reason before or during the tour.

Optional tours are additional activities or attractions that are not included in the base tour price and are offered to enhance your travel experience.
All optional tours must be booked at the time of order and cannot be added later during the tour. If you choose not to participate in an optional activity, you will have free time at the destination. The tour guide will arrange a designated meeting point and time to pick you up and continue with the main itinerary.
This tour requires a minimum number of passengers to operate. If the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour or operate it using a minibus, depending on the final number of participants.
If this occurs, you will be offered the option to reschedule the tour for an alternative date or receive a full refund.
We reserves the right to substitute alternate hotels of similar or higher quality. We also reserve the right to reverse and / or modify the itinerary. These changes will be advised to you prior to your departure date.
No. Refunds will not be granted for any unused portion of the tour or for missed departures. Guests who do not join the tour on time will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.
The Pre-Tour Hotel and Post-Tour Hotel options allow guests to arrive one day early or stay one day after the tour for added convenience. These options include hotel accommodation only.
Transportation is not included. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the tour’s designated meeting point. Please select “Arrive Early” or “Stay Late” at checkout if you wish to add these options.
