Day 2: Jasper

At around 11:00am we will arrive in Jasper. Then guests will do self check-in at Jasper hotel (The hotel's location and transportation details will be provided prior to your departure date). Enjoy and spend a wonderful night in Jasper.

Day 3: Jasper-Banff (288 km)

Please wait at the hotel lobby from 8:00 to 8:30 AM to board the Jasper - Banff bus, heading to Banff National Park. We will travel along the famous Icefields Parkway, recognized as one of the "Top 10 Scenic Drives in the World" by National Geographic. Along the way, you'll be captivated by the breathtaking winter scenery with everything covered in a blanket of glistening snow. In the afternoon, we will arrive in Banff Town, often referred to as the "Little Switzerland." During the winter season, Banff Town takes on a magical ambiance with its snow-covered landscapes. After dropping you off at the hotel, you'll have time to explore Banff freely.

Jasper - Banff Bus: Each passenger is allowed to bring 1 piece of carry-on luggage, 1 suitcase, and 1 personal item. Additional luggage requests will incur an extra fee. SUNDOG, additional luggage is CAD$15+GST per item, ski equipment is CAD$30+GST per item, can be paid on the bus.

Day 4: Banff-Kootenay National Park-Banff National Park-Yoho National Park-Banff (223 km)

In the morning, we will pass by the well-defined Castle Mountain go to visit the Marble Canyon firstly. We can enjoy the Hiking on the bridge in winter. Then we will continue to the Lake Louise, From January to April (subject to opening), the grand Ice Sculpture Art Festival, Ice Magic takes place here. The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, located on the shore of the lake. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the fun activity of snowshoeing (complimentary use snowshoe) OR optional take The world-famous Fairmont Chateau Afternoon Tea or Enjoy a Horse Sleigh Ride. . After lunch, we will arrive Emerald Lake. Before ending our tour, you will be amazed by the waterfall cascading over Natural Bridge.

After pickup, we will head to Surprise Corner, where you can see the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. We will continue to stop for a while and visit the Bow Falls, a must-see when visiting Banff. After that, we will head to Sulfur Mountain, where you can choose Banff Gondola. We can also choose Banff Upper Hot Spring Or Banff Winter Sleigh Ride for the rest time.

Day 6: Banff-Banff National Park-Banff-Banff National Park-Calgary (295 km)

Today we will go to visit the Lake Minnewanka, a popular destination for photographers. On the way to the Banff Town, we'll have a brief stop at Two Jack Lake. Then explore Banff Town, take photo on Banff LOGO and visit Cave and Basin National Historic Site. After that we'll drive to Johnston Canyon. We can enjoy the Ice Walk .

  • In the event of an accident or force majeure, including but not limited to: VIA Rail Dispatch, temporary closure of airports or stations, temporary cancellation of transportation companies, weather, transportation control, etc., that cause cancellation or postponement of flights and trains, we will do our best to assist you with a solution.
  • If the train is delayed for more than 5 hours, you may choose to wait for the train or cancel this section of the itinerary.
  • If you choose to cancel this section of the itinerary, our office will follow up with you for a refund for the corresponding cost of the train ticket and provide you with free accommodation at the Vancouver Travelodge (or similar) that night. The cost of flight modifications or other modes of transportation are at the travelers’ cost.
  • This product is packaged with VIA Rail Canada products. In the event of an accident or force majeure, including but not limited to: VIA Rail Dispatch, temporary closure of airports or stations, temporary cancellation of transportation companies, weather, transportation control, etc.,please refer to a final confirmation from the Canadian VIA National Railway operator for information about the train and refund policies.
  • It is strongly recommended that you purchase relevant travel insurance in advance.
  • VIA luggage standard Each person is limited to 2 pieces of luggage, each piece is capped at 23KG, and the total length of three sides cannot exceed 158CM; 1 piece of hand luggage, maximum 11.5KG, 43x15x33 CM

  • According to different hotel operation requirements, you may be required to provide credit card information as a deposit during your stay for miscellaneous expenses and incidental guarantees (such as telephone expense, laundry, catering).
  • All activities and meals must be booked in advance. Please understand that no additional bookings will be provided during the tour.
  • During the tour, please arrive at the pick-up location at the time scheduled by the tour guide. Do not be late to avoid delaying other tourists' itinerary. If you are late or miss the transportation we have provided, you are responsible (at your own expense) to meet the group at the next designated meeting location.
  • During your trip, the tour guide may pick-up or drop-off travelers accommodated at different hotels. The tour guide will make reasonable arrangements according to the presented situation. Please cooperate and understand, thank you.
  • During your trip, there may be different vehicles and tour guides serving you.
  • If for any reason you need to leave our group during the trip, you must fill out a "Letter of Liability Release", no exceptions.
  • Guests under 16 years old, must be accompanied by an adult (Age 18 or above).
  • In the event of traffic, weather, or other circumstances not under our company's control, or if you are unable to participate in activities included in the itinerary due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given.
  • If you have special needs (such as but not limited to: bed type, vegetarian options, high-chairs, etc.) please inform us at least 7 days before your trip. We will do our best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee.

Confirmation

  • After the reservation information is submitted, you will immediately receive a receipt email for the reservation order. Within 72 hours of submission, you will receive an order status confirmation email. Please do not book a flight until you receive an order status confirmation email.

Redemption

  • After booking online, you will receive a "confirmation email" with complete instructions, including the local phone number of the destination. When you are sure, be sure to print this "confirmation email" and take it with you on your trip -- evidence that you have paid for it.

Terms & Condition

  • The following applies to order cancellations and changes:
    - reduce the number of participants for the same order
    - cancel the entire order
    - change of itinerary
    - change different dates for the same trip
    1. No refund will be made for any change or cancellation of the entire order or one or all of the activities, meals, tickets and accommodation within 45 days prior to the departure of the tour;
    2. 46 days or more before the tour - 30% will be refunded
    3. Booking with hotel upgrade between Christmas and New Year holidays (December 16th - January 2nd), no refunds or changes will be made once confirmed
    4. The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
  • The following applies to order modification
    - increase the number of participants in the trip (depending on the resource situation of the corresponding date of the trip)
    - change the name of the person participating in the trip
    1. No modification shall be made within 45 days before the tour
    2. A service fee of C$50/ single/trip will be charged for 46 days or more before the trip
  • If your itinerary includes shuttle service, please be sure to provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance. The travel agency reserves the right to provide the second service or to charge $30 per person if there is an error in pick-up due to inaccurate information.
  • Visitors under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above).
  • Please understand that complimentary items unavailable due to traffic, weather or other force majeure factors, or you cannot participate due to personal reasons, the fees will not be refunded.
  • We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
  • If you have special needs (such as bed, vegetarian, baby chair, etc.), please inform us at least 7 days before the trip, we will try to coordinate, but no guarantee.
  • If you need to leave the tour, please sign the confirmation of leaving the tour.
  • During the tour, there may be different vehicles and tour guides to serve you. Sorry for any inconvenience!
  • The order of travel may be adjusted.
  • All foreign travelers are responsible to have ready and to bring a valid visa. Confirm and process eTA in advance according to your passport type.
  • We need your passport or picture ID card when we issue VIA Railway Ticket. (Luggage: Limited to two medium suitcase and one carry-on luggage per person.). Once the VIA Railway Ticket is issued cannot be refund or exchange. We are not responsible for any canceling VIA Railway or VIA Railway delay.
