  • During the peak season (Aug - Sep), the price may fluctuate depends on the availability of the hotel. If extra cost occur, we will send the payment link of the extra cost $150 - $200 for standard hotel per night and $300 - $350 for deluxe Hotel per night separately.

Reminder: Due to the forest fire in the Jasper area on Jul-22, which closed the area around Jasper Town and the Colombia Ice Fields, we have made changes to the affected itinerary. According the different departure dates, the alternative itinerary may be some of the them as follows: (The alternative options will be selected and confirmed by us at least 72 hours prior to the departure date. Today we will board the Vancouver Montaineer Railway to Kamloops. Along the way, we will get a view of the Fraser canyon's rapids and steep slopes and rocks in the Thompson River. We will enjoy the meal on the train. Stay overnight in Kamloops hotel.

Day 2: Kamloops - Banff (337 km)

Today we will continue the railway trip and head to Banff. We will travel across the Rogers Pass, Spiral Tunnel, Horse Canyon as well as the Canadian Rockies glacier. The railway will end in the afternoon.

    The Columbia Icefield in the northern part of Banff National Park covers an area of about 200 square miles in the Canadian Rockies. The Icefield feeds eight major glaciers in the area, including Athabasca Glacier and Dome Glacier.

    Valley of the Ten Peaks

    A region located in Banff National Park, this area is so named because the ten summits of the mountain range in the distance are clearly visible. It is an open valley area that also includes Moraine Lake.

    Emerald Lake

    A canyon surrounding Tokumm Creek just above its confluence with the Vermilion River, at the north end of Kootenay National Park in the Canadian Rockies of British Columbia, Canada.

    Radium Hot Springs

    Informally and commonly called Radium, it is a village of 776 residents situated in the East Kootenay region of British Columbia. The village is named for the hot springs located in the nearby Kootenay National Park.

Optional Activity - Columbia Icefield Ice Explorer & Skywalk:
The Columbia Icefield Adventure reveals the most unique attraction in the Canadian Rockies. Massive Brewster Ice Explorers, specially designed for glacial travel, take passengers on a remarkable excursion onto the surface of the Athabasca Glacier. Then, Walk on a cliff-edged walkway, high above the Sunwapta Valley on the Columbia Icefield Skywalk.

Optional Activity - Maligne Lake Cruise:
Maligne Lake Boat Tours introduce you to the azure-blue waters and majestic scenery of Maligne Lake. You can take the 90-minute cruise to Spirit Island, named the “Best Boat Tour in Canada” by Reader’s Digest, or specialty cruises like the Through the Lens cruise for photographers. Guided fishing tours are also available, along with canoe and kayak rentals, hiking trails, afternoon tea at the historic Maligne Lake Chalet, and dining at The View restaurant.

This itinerary is an optional tour in the evening. It will take you to the famous photography spots in Banff area.
