Itinerary

Overview

In the morning, we will drive to the Washington State, USA. After customs clearance, you can enjoy a delicious Royal Star Buffet/Four Season Buffet at your own expense. After lunch, we will head to the Skagit Valley where millions of tulips burst into bloom in April during the Annual Skagit Valley Tulip Festival! Following, we will take a visit to the Seattle Premium Outlets for shopping. Finally, we will return back to Vancouver.

Skagit Valley, WA

The Skagit Valley lies in the northwestern corner of the state of Washington. Its defining feature is the Skagit River, which snakes through local communities which include the seat of Skagit County, Mount Vernon, as well as Sedro-Woolley, Concrete, Lyman-Hamilton, and Burlington.

Skagit Valley Tulip Festival

Skagit Valley Tulip Festival is the largest tulip festival in the USA by acreage of tulips, number of farms, and days of blooms. The Tulip Festival features fields of tulips, display gardens, experiences, and events annually in April.

If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.

Luggage Policy: Each traveler can bring one check-in size and one personal item on the tour.Additional piece of luggage surcharge$35.00 each.
Passport Required: Some nationalities may need multiple entry visas to the USA as well as a Canadian visa. United States alien residents require a valid alien resident card. Passengers are responsible for their own entry requirements.
Language: All tours are escorted by professional bilingual or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

Confirmation

Upon submitting your reservation, you will immediately receive a booking receipt via email. Within 2 to 3 business days, you will receive a confirmation email with the booking status.
Please wait for this confirmation before booking any airline tickets.

Redemption

You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is confirmed, which will include operator information, including local phone numbers at your destination. Please ensure you have the e-tickets with you as proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read and understand these Terms & Conditions carefully prior to booking.
Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of the reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. The time of cancellation will be determined when our office receives and confirms the notice. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us.
Cancellation penalties per person are as follows:(Notification day and departure day are not counted)
31 days or more before departure - a $50/per person penalty will be charged.
21 - 30 days before departure - 50% of the total purchase amount
8 - 20 days before departure - 75% of the total purchase amount
0 - 7 days before departure - 100% of the total purchase amount
Unused features are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the entire payment.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. The refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strive to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and substitute hotels. At certain peak periods, duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond our control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, Taketour's only liability will be to refund the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
Hotel rooms::
Standard rooms come with either two queen beds or two double beds as the default setup.
Price Flexibility:
Rates may change due to availability. We'll suggest alternatives within one business day if needed.
Child Pricing:
Kids under 12 sharing with 2 adults (no extra bed) get special rates
Infant/Child Seating:
All children need a bus seat. Please include them in your initial booking.
RESPONSIBILITY
(1) Tour operator reserves the right to substitute hotels and alter the itinerary, withdraw any tour, and make any desirable alteration for the convenience of the operation of the tour.
(2) The Tour operator reserves the right to alter the tour program and the itinerary order may be different than displayed online, the tour guide will arrange it accordingly depending on the traffic, hotel arrangement, attractions opening time, etc.
(3) Tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. By accepting our policy, the passenger must agree that the tour operator shall hold no responsibilities for itinerary alterations, delays or cancellation strikes, sickness, theft, loss, accidents, weather, bus issues, or any other causes.
(4) Each group requires a minimum of 10 passengers to operate a departure. The tour operator reserves the right to cancel a departure due to not meeting this basic requirement. Liability for such cancellation is limited to a full refund of the money received by us, and this will constitute a full settlement with the Tour Department.
(5) Tour operator reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any tour member for any reason before or during the tour.
(6) All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
(7) All itineraries are subject to change without notice.
(8) All passengers must obtain a valid passport and all entry/exit visas as required by immigration regulations.
(9) If the passenger has any special request to leave the tour in a certain place during the tour, it is their responsibility to notify the tour operator in advance to confirm upon booking the tour.
(10) Passengers must be self-reliant; those who require assistance must be accompanied by a friend or relative. Tour operators are NOT able to provide individual assistance for any passenger.
(11) Passengers should inform the escort or hotel reception if they are to use the hotel swimming pool. All children should be accompanied by their parents while using the pool. No lifeguard on premises swim at your own risk.
(12) Passenger(s) are responsible for his or her belonging(s). Tour operators will no longer provide services to track or trace any personal item(s).
