- DAY 1: Complimentary arrival transfers depart Vienna International Airport (VIE) at 10:00, 13:00 and 15:30 on the first day of the tour. Guests should arrive at least 2 hours before the last transfer time. Please be aware when booking your flights.
- DAY 9: The complimentary group transfer by motorcoach will arrive at Vienna International Airport (VIE) at approximately 12:00 noon, depending on traffic conditions, so please be aware when booking flights. We do not recommend flying in the evening on the last day of the tour, as unforeseen circumstances may arise upon return to Vienna and cause delays. Post night accommodation in Vienna is highly recommended.
- CHARGEABLE TRANSFERS: Chargeable transfers available in Vienna. Guests who have booked their extra hotel nights with Insight Vacations, or whose flight times do not coincide with the shuttle coach timings may purchase a chargeable transfer. However, guests booking independent hotel nights should make their own transfer arrangements.
- IMPORTANT: Passport details are mandatory 90 days prior to departure (Passengers Full First, Middle & Last Name) to book Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum tickets. Passenger information must match exactly as per passport. Please note that these are nominative tickets, and passports will be checked upon entry to the venue. If the ticket information does not match the passport, entry may be denied.

Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
