- Hotel pricing: Prices are based on two adults sharing. Single room occupancy requires an extra fee. Double, triple & quad prices are for two, three, and four people, staying in one room, respectively (including children). Each hotel room can only accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (adults or children). Each guest room comes standard with two full-sized or one queen-sized bed.
- Travel documents: All customers will be responsible for providing their own travel documents and visa if required.
- Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour guides and/or drivers (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
- Luggage Policy: Each guest is allowed 1 check-in bag (total dimensions must not exceed 62 inches), 1 carry-on, and 1 personal item. Extra luggage will not be allowed.
- Wheelchair: Due to different bus models, we may not be able to accommodate participants using wheelchairs. Therefore, we regret that we cannot accept wheelchair users to join our tour.
- Pets: Pets will not be transported.

Immediately after submitting your reservation, you will receive a receipt of
the booking by email. Within 36 hours of submitting your reservation, you will
receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Tour requires a
minimum number of passengers to operate so
reconfirmation is required during low season (Oct to April).

BOOKING AND RESERVATION
The tour operator suggests each passenger book tours at least one day before the departure date. Yet, this product is available for last-minute booking as long as there is an inventory on the page. The seats will not be assigned until the reservation has been made. The passenger may be required to provide a name, phone number, and address and specify the designated tour and date of travel.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE POLICY
(1) All cancellations or changes of date must comply 7 days before departure. The full refund will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. The refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.

(2) If cancel or fail to participate in any part of the itinerary for personal reasons (e.g., lack of travel documents, tardiness, illness, accidents, etc.) during the trip, the paid group fee will not be refunded, nor will any other services be provided as compensation.
(3) Cancellation of the free passengers must be made at least 7 days before departure. No-shows (or late cancellations) of the free passengers incur a $50/day penalty fee for the reserved bus seat. For example, $50 * 3 = $150 penalty per no-show person will be charged for a 3-day tour.

Optional tours are additional activities or attractions that are not included in the base tour price and are offered to enhance your travel experience. Participation is voluntary, and guests may choose whether or not to join.
If you decide to participate, optional tours must be paid on site directly to the tour guide. Accepted payment methods include cash, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle.
Participation in optional tours is completely optional. If you choose not to join, you will have free time during that period. The tour guide will inform you of the designated meeting point and time to rejoin the group and continue with the main itinerary.
If airport transfer is not included, this tour departs from fixed pickup locations, which are listed on the product page at the time of booking.
If airport transfer is included, pickup will be arranged according to your flight arrival details.
