Your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel at 8:00 AM. Drive to Mount Huashan and take the cable car up to the North Peak. Hike and explore the mountain's peaks, including the North Peak, Middle Peak (Jade Maiden Peak), East Peak, South Peak, and West Peak. See Taoist temples, sculptures, engravings, and the Golden Lock Pass. Take the cable car back down and return to your hotel in Xian around 17:00.

    North Peak

    The North Peak is the lowest of Huashan's five peaks, offering expansive views and serving as a classic spot for sunrise and sea of clouds observations, with relatively gentle hiking paths suitable for most visitors.

    Middle Peak (Jade Maiden Peak)

    The Middle Peak, also known as Jade Maiden Peak, is associated with ancient myths and features historical sites like the Jade Maiden Temple, offering a tranquil environment and rich cultural atmosphere among Huashan's five peaks.

    East Peak

    The East Peak is one of the best spots on Huashan for watching the sunrise, with a flat and open summit featuring the Chaoyang Terrace, attracting many visitors in the early morning to greet the first rays of sunlight.

    South Peak

    The South Peak is the highest peak of Huashan at 2154 meters, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains from the summit, embodying the sentiment of 'overlooking all peaks below,' making it the ultimate goal for hikers.

    West Peak

    The West Peak, shaped like a lotus flower and also known as Lotus Peak, is famous for its steep ridges and spectacular sunset views, making it the most picturesque and unique among Huashan's five peaks.

    Golden Lock Pass

    The Golden Lock Pass is a crucial pass on Huashan's hiking trail, with a strategic and steep location, adorned with countless祈福 golden locks and red ribbons, creating a unique cultural landscape that symbolizes safety and well-wishes.

    Cuiyun Palace

    Cuiyun Palace is a historic Taoist temple on Mount Huashan, located near the West Peak, with a tranquil environment and ancient architecture, serving as an important site for understanding Huashan's Taoist culture and history.
  • Departure time: around 8:00am. The exact pick up time will be provieded by the tour guide one day before your departure date.
  • Pick up is available for most downtown hotel.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

  • PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person policy:
    (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
    48 hours or more prior to departure - No penalty.
    25 hours to 47 hours prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 24 hours prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
