I was lucky to witness the magical northern lights on 3rd day. Tour guide was very passionate towards tourists and made sure they get best view (dark sky) and pics of their life, with the lights. The provided gears/cloths were excellent.

After arrival in Yellowknife airport, please take bus to hotel for checkin. Someone will give you a brief explanation for
warm clothing and snow boots rental. Around 9:00pm, we will drive to watch the aurora. You can enjoy yourself in the warm cabin which offers coffee, tea, hot soup, and wait for the aurora.

- Airport Pickup: Yellowknife tour will be picked up at Yellowknife airport, pickup service is included. The driver will pick guests up based on their flight arrival time. Please provide your flight information for your booking.
- Airport Drop off: Yellowknife tour airport drop off service is also included. There is no time limit for the drop off service. The drop off service based on guest's departure time.

- Optional Activities:
- Dogsled: minimal 2 persons, including roundtrip transfers. Each sled can hold 2-5 persons.
- Snowmobiling: minimal 2 persons, with hot drinks (coffee and tea)
- Icefishing and Lunch: minimal 6 persons, watch locals catching fish and enjoy fish lunch.
- All of above activities need to be booked in advance.
- If cancel due to personal reasons, activities fares will not be refunded. If cancel due to severe weather, under-represented, uncontrol reasons, fully refund.
- Baggage Restrictions: one check in and one carry on luggage, with applicable size restrictions, are allowed for each person. Extra per baggage will be charged C$50+5%GST
- Other Notes: Airport pickup day will not be guaranteed for the VIP Seat (i.e., first 4 rows)
- Hotel Policy
- Hotel Room Type: Standard rooms feature either "two double beds" , "one double bed with a sofa bed", or "one double bed". Please note that no extra beds are provided for 3rd or 4th guests in the room.
- Check-in Time: Hotel check in time is 4:00 PM. Guests arriving in the morning are not guaranteed to check in.
- Others: According to the regulations of different hotels, you may be asked to provide a credit card as a deposit for incidental expenses during the stay, such as telephone calls, etc. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of the passenger's own cost.
- Itinerary Adjustments: In case of attraction closures due to weather conditions, we will substitute them with alternative attractions to ensure a fulfilling experience.
- Complimentary winter clothing rental (jacket, pants, mitts, boots) at Yellowknife: Available from December to April. Sizes subject to availability; no refunds for unused service

Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your e-ticket and provided 14 days before departure. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
TakeTours makes every effort to serve our customers better. We also advise all customers to purchase traveler's insurance in case of interruption, accidents, illness, or anything else that may come up. If a reservation has to be canceled, customers will be charged a fee depending on how far from the departure date the cancellation takes place.
