• A confirmation will be displayed and also sent to you via email. At collection of your purchase, you must print it and hand it at any of the following collection points:

  Pla鏰 de Sant Jaume, Ciutat, 2 From Mondays to Fridays: 8:30-20:30, Saturdays: 9-19 Sundays and Bank: 9-14, Closed: 1/1, Christmas;
  Aeroport: Terminals 1 & 2 Daily: 8:30-20:30, Closed: 1/1, Christmas;
  Estaci� de Sants Pl.Pa飐os Catalans, s/n Daily : 8:30-20:30, Closed: 1/1, Christmas;

• Your have to activate the card before you use it. The card is activated the first time it is used in an establishment where free entry is included. From that moment on, you have a set period of time to use the card, depending on the type of card purchased.
• It allows you to visit the permanent collection of the museums, monuments and attractions a single time. The temporal exhibitions are not always included as part of the offer.
• Write your name and the date when you begin to use the card at the back of it (the card is personal and non-transferable) and present it in the participating museums and establishments that you wish to visit.
