Bow Lake is a bright turquoise color which is due to the glacial runoff from Bow Glacier. Historical Simpson's Num-Ti-Jah is located on the shores of Bow Lake at the foot of Mount Jimmy Simpson.

Calgary Airport Pick up:
- Complimentary airport pickup service at Calgary International Airport (YYC) is available at 10:00/12:00/14:00/16:00/18:00/20:00/22:00. Upon arrival, please proceed to the Gate 5 on the Arrivals Level to confirm your pick-up information.
- Hotel shuttle service is available for flights arriving between 6:00-9:00 AM and 22:00-23:00 PM. This complimentary service departs once every hour. If you are unable to take the designated shuttle, the travel agency will coordinate the next available shuttle for you according to the hotel shuttle availability.
- Private car airport pick-up service is available on a Pre-paid basis: for flights arriving between 7:00-23:00. The first two passengers will be charged $100 CAD plus tax, and each additional passenger will be charged $20 CAD plus tax. Please be aware that there is a maximum of four people per order.

- To ensure a smooth and complete trip, we strongly recommend that you order activity tickets and meal packages, at the time of booking a tour. No additional changes or modifications will be provided within 10 days before or during the tour.
- Hotel Class: North American Hotels do not have an official hotel star rating standard. The hotels involved on the trip are local brand hotels.
- If for any reason you need to leave our group during the trip, you must fill out a "Letter of Liability Release"; no exceptions.
- Guests under 16 years old, must be accompanied by an adult (Age 18 or above).
- In the event of traffic, weather, or other circumstances not under our company's control, or if you are unable to participate in activities included in the itinerary due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given.

If you are late or miss the transportation we have provided, you are responsible (at your own expense) to meet the group at the next designated meeting location.
- Maligne Lake Cruise Maligne Lake Cruise tickets are limited resources for pre control. When the pre control resources are sold out, it will be arranged for tourists on a first come, first served basis according to the order. If guests fail to book the Cruise tickets, the fee will be refunded according to the order content.
- Luggage Policy: Each guest is allowed 1 check-in bag (total dimensions must not exceed 62 inches), 1 carry-on, and 1 personal item. Extra luggage will not be allowed.

After the reservation information is submitted, you will immediately receive a receipt email for the reservation order. Within 72 hours of submission, you will receive an order status confirmation email. Please do not book a flight until you receive an order status confirmation email.
After booking online, you will receive a "confirmation email" with complete instructions, including the local phone number of the destination. When you are sure, be sure to print this "confirmation email" and take it with you on your trip -- evidence that you have paid for it.

If your itinerary includes shuttle service, please be sure to provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance.
