SilverLeaf offers comfortable seating with seats that swivel so that you can face the seats behind you if you are traveling with friends or family. Day 1: Calgary

Upon arrival in Calgary, we will be picked up at the airport and then transferred to the hotel. We can enjoy our free time leisurely for the rest day. Guests who arrive before 12:00pm can choose to take one of the following optional activities:

    This fully enclosed shopping center is just outside of Calgary and the largest single-level shopping center in the province of Alberta, covering more than one million square feet.

    CF Chinook Centre

    It is the largest mall in Calgary, with 1,355,000 square feet (125,900 m2) of space. CF Chinook Centre is home to five major department stores (only two are in operation while the third being redeveloped), 250 stores, and several full service restaurants. It also had a 900-seat food court with 36 food vendors, a bowling alley, professional tower, and the Scotiabank Theatre Chinook.

    Heritage Park Historical Village

    A historical park in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. As Canada's largest living history museum, it is one of the city's most visited tourist attractions. Exhibits span Western Canadian history from the 1860s to the 1950s.

Day 2: Calgary-Banff National Park-Banff (209 km)

Departing from Calgary, we will head to Banff. We will visit Banff Sulphur Mountain, ride Gondola (optional activity - surcharge), appreciate Johnston Canyon, Bow Falls, Surprise Corner and Hoodoos. Later we will visit Banff Town and spend the night there. We can also choose to take the add-on optional night tour at your own expense.

    This mountain in Banff National Park is part of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. There is a gondola that takes you nearly to the summit, which is perched at 8,041 feet.

    Sulfur Mountain Gondola Ride

    This unique cable-car ride takes visitors to Alberta, Canada's Banff National Park to the top of Sulphur Mountain, a UNESCO World Hertitage Site. Atop the mountain there are many viewing areas, a long boardwalk, and two small museums.

    Hoodoos

    Hoodoos are intriguing geological formations that rise like thin towers from rocky terrain. Those in Alberta's Banff National Park are no exception. They hover like tall spires above the wilderness of this vast area.

    Bow Falls is not like your typical waterfall, it is wide and short. You can also see the valley that was eroded by glacier activity and the [Bow Falls] over the years.

    Johnston Creek is the one of most famous sights in Banff National Park。There are two spectacular waterfalls in the Johnston gorge: Falls Upper and Falls Lower.

We will drive to Castle Mountain, visit Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, enjoy Alberta Steak lunch. We will arrive at Emerald Lake via Spiral Tunnel and visit Natural Bridge before arrival in Banff. Our tour will back to Calgary.

    Emerald Lake

    The Emerald Lake in British Columbia, Canada's Yoho National Park is the largest of the park's many lakes and one of the park's most popular spots. The lake is named for the spectacular turquoise color of the water.

    The Kicking Horse River, a Canadian Heritage river, in the Yoho park, has created a natural bridge through solid rock. This formation is located 3 km west of Field, accessible from the road to Emerald Lake.

Along the way you will see Crowfoot Glacier. Stop by Bow Lake, the lake is a bright turquoise color which is due to the glacial runoff from Bow Glacier. Historical Simpson's Num-Ti-Jah is located on the shores of Bow Lake at the foot of Mount Jimmy Simpson. Along the way, stop at Peyto Lake for its beautiful shape like a Maple. Drive along the Icefield Parkway, visit attractions Columbia Icefield, Glacier Skywalk, Ice Explorer and Athabasca Falls. After that, we'll drive to Jasper.

    Crowfoot Glacier

    Crowfoot Glacier is located in Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada, 32 km (20 mi) northwest of Lake Louise, and can be viewed from the Icefields Parkway. The glacier is situated on the northeastern flank of Crowfoot Mountain.

    Columbia Icefield

    The Columbia Icefield in the northern part of Banff National Park covers an area of about 200 square miles in the Canadian Rockies. The Icefield feeds eight major glaciers in the area, including Athabasca Glacier and Dome Glacier.

    Icefields Parkway

    A 230 km long scenic road that parallels the Continental Divide, traversing the rugged landscape of the Canadian Rockies, travelling through Banff National Park and Jasper National Park. It is named for features such as the Columbia Icefield, visible from the parkway. It links Lake Louise with Jasper to the north. At its southern end, the Icefields Parkway terminates at Highway 1.

    Visitors to Jasper National Park in Alberta can take this exciting ride across the ice field to the Athabasca Glacier. This is a great way to see the vast tundra of Jasper.

Day 5: Jasper - Rocky Mountaineer Train - Kamloops (289 km)

Board the Rocky Mountaineer train at the Jasper Station at 8:00 am MT by yourself (Please arrive at the train station at least 1 hour in advance to check in). Today you will travel from Jasper in the Canadian Rockies to Kamloops, located in the heart of the British Columbia Interior. As you journey west and south you will be surrounded by the dramatic scenery of the Continental Divide and by the river valleys of the Monashee and Cariboo Mountains.
Today's highlights include Mount Robson, Pyramid Falls, the climb over Yellowhead Pass, and the journey along the North Thompson River as you approach Kamloops. You will arrive in Kamloops between 5:30pm and 7:00pm PT. Spend the evening exploring the town, or relaxing in your hotel.

Day 6: Kamloops - Rocky Mountaineer Train - Vancouver (354 km)

06:50 Departure from Kamloops Hotel. You will be transported by the shuttle to the Kamloops Railway Station for boarding. *Departure time is subject to change, please watch for notifications from the director. *

Your journey continues west towards the Pacific Ocean and the coastal city of Vancouver. On today's journey you will again see dramatic changes in scenery, from the desert-like environment of the Interior, through winding river canyons and pristine forests, to the Coast and Cascade Mountains and the lush green fields of the Fraser Valley. Highlights include the steep slopes and rock sheds along the Thompson River and the rushing waters of Hell’s Gate in the Fraser Canyon.
Your rail journey ends on arrival in Vancouver this evening.

Confirmation

Redemption

  • After booking online, you will receive a "confirmation email" with complete instructions, including the local phone number of the destination. When you are sure, be sure to print this "confirmation email" and take it with you on your trip -- evidence that you have paid for it.

Terms & Condition

  • The following applies to order cancellations and changes:
    - reduce the number of participants for the same order
    - cancel the entire order
    - change of itinerary
    - change different dates for the same trip
    1. No refund will be made for any change or cancellation of the entire order or one or all of the activities, meals, tickets and accommodation within 45 days prior to the departure of the tour;
    2. 46 days or more before the tour - 30% will be refunded
    3. Booking with hotel upgrade between Christmas and New Year holidays (December 16th - January 2nd), no refunds or changes will be made once confirmed
    4. The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
  • The following applies to order modification
    - increase the number of participants in the trip (depending on the resource situation of the corresponding date of the trip)
    - change the name of the person participating in the trip
    1. No modification shall be made within 45 days before the tour
    2. A service fee of C$50/ single/trip will be charged for 46 days or more before the trip
