Transfers are available from Frankfurt airport to your Mainz hotel. Mainz has been a bustling and important town since the time of the Romans. Join your Travel Director and fellow guests for a walk through the Cathedral Quarter to witness the magnificent architecture of the city’s Dom. At a local restaurant, enjoy an evening of good food and wine as you get to know your Travel Director and fellow travelers.

- ARRIVAL: Complimentary arrival transfers depart Frankfurt Am Main Airport (FRA) from Terminal 1 at 10:00 and 13:30 and approximately 15 minutes later from Terminal 3 at 10:15 and 13:45 on the first day of the tour. We recommend flights arrive 2 hours prior to the last complimentary transfer time. Flights to arrive prior to 11:30 at Terminal 1 and prior to 11:45 at Terminal 3.
- DEPARTURE: Complimentary departure transfers arrive at Vienna International Airport (VIE) on the last day of the tour at 08:00 and 09:30. We recommend flights to depart 3 hours after the first transfer arrival time at the airport. Flights to depart after 11:00.
- CHARGEABLE TRANSFERS: Guests who have booked their extra hotel nights with Insight Vacations, or whose flight times do not coincide with the shuttle coach timings may purchase a chargeable transfer. Guests who have booked their extra hotel nights not at Insight Vacations designated hotels should make their own transfer arrangements.
