Itinerary
In the morning we leave from Hilo for the Waipio valley, where the first King of Hawaii Kamehameha grew up. Next, we will have lunch in the beautiful 130,000 acres Parker Ranch. After lunch, we are going to the Hapuna White Beach, one of the world's ten most beautiful beaches for consecutive 10 years. It is also the largest natural white sand beach in the Hawaiian Islands. Then we'll visit Kohala mountain lookout and Kona Alii Drive. In the evening we will transfer to Kona airport.
Big Island, HI
The "Big Island," Hawaii Island, is the largest and perhaps most recognizable of the islands in the Hawaiian archipelago. The island is home to seven protected areas, including four national parks. The island is made up of five volcanoes.
Waipio Valley
This lush, verdant valley on the northern edge of Hawaii's Big Island was once the capital for the earliest Hawaiian kings. The word "Waipi'o" means "curved water," a reference to the slight concavity of the valley's shoreline.
Kona (Big Island), HI
This district on the Big Island of Hawaii is home to several nation and state historical parks at places like Kealakekua Bay. Kona is also famous for its special Kona coffee and being the host of the Ironman contest.

- Pick-up service is available from most hotels in Hilo area or Hilo Airport around 9:00am , please enter the hotel name & address or flight info in the 'Pickup Location' field.
- Please arrange your arriving flight in Hilo before 9:00am and leaving flight from Kona airport after 8:00pm.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. 15-30 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

Popular FAQs
The itinerary/details page of the tour will have information about the level of hotel. The actual hotel will not be finalized until 1 or 2 days before departure. Most hotels are around 3 stars, and you may get the exact hotel details while reconfirming your tour.
Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza to have some fast food, or stop at a restaurant and passengers can order.
For the tours more than 3 days, the seats are rotated by your tour guide everyday so that everyone has the chance to sit front, middle, and back of the bus. We can make special arrangement if you can produce doctor's note etc.
Please send us the inquiry or Contact customer support. We will process your inquiries in 1 to 2 business days. You could add more travelers as long as there are seats available for the tour.
Departure information, including time and location, is listed in the “Departure And Return Details” section of the tour itinerary. There is often a link to a map as well. Every e-ticket includes full pick-up time and location information. Please print out your e-Ticket and bring your ID to board the bus.
The complimentary airport transfer would be provided accordingly if you extend the same hotel for tour which has the airport transfer services.
It should be paid upon arrival. Please bring cash for optional admission fees, meals, as well as tips to tour guide
There is a restroom in the bus. Moreover, the bus driver will stop every two hours in the rest area where you could purchase some food and relax.

We only post available dates in our website. If you can't find date before last showed date in the tour, it means no service available. Also, we currently accept 60-90 for tours days advance bookings for tour service; if the date you want is outside this range, please bookmark the schedule page, as product updates occur every day.
