Embark on the Big Island's most iconic zipline adventure at Umauma Falls Zipline. You'll experience 9 distinct ziplines totaling over 2 miles of flight, soaring above rushing rivers and cascading waterfall clusters while enjoying panoramic Pacific Ocean views.
The first four dual lines let you fly alongside companions. At Line #2's platform, admire a rare 100-foot waterfall cascading from the Mauna Kea direction—a hidden spectacle even many locals haven't witnessed. The shelter overlooks two merging rivers; watch for native Hawaiian hawks soaring above.
Line #4 sends you zipping 2,000 feet above river channels and multi-tiered waterfalls—an unforgettable, breath-taking experience. Next, cross a 200-foot suspension bridge spanning water-filled lava tubes and fern grottos 100 feet below, leading to Line #5.
At Line #7's end, enjoy intimate views of the famous Umauma twin waterfalls, with exclusive access to a zipline-guests-only viewing shelter. Finally, Line #9 returns you smoothly to the Visitor Center, concluding this approximately 3-hour aerial journey.
Followed by an hour-long play in the falls -swimming, kayaking and jumping down the falls into the frothy 70-foot deep pool or cool, clear water. The afternoon includes a catered lunch at our private pavilion adjacent to the falls, delivered by a utility zip-line.Hakalau, HI

- Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
- No history of neck or back injury, or women who are pregnant.
Policies
All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking.
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellation Penalties (per person)
- 17 days or more prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
- 10 to 16 days prior to departure - 40% of total purchase amount.
- Within 9 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of total purchase amount.
Unused features are non-refundable, and no-shows forfeit the entire payment.
Refund Process
Refunds will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet for future use, or can be issued to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
Request day and departure day are not counted.
We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled tour and fully refund affected customers while making every effort to maintain regular operations. Additionally, we may modify tour arrangements to ensure a smooth experience. Please note that we are not responsible for any other travel arrangements impacted by our cancellations.
In the event that weather conditions, war, general strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances disrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to modify the itinerary without issuing a refund of the tour fee. This revision improves readability and maintains a formal tone.
