Guests may hop on and off the trolleys and spend as much time at each attraction as they please over a 24-hour period. Alternatively, passengers can ride the trolley from one end of its line to the other and enjoy a two-hour completely guided and narrated tour of the island of Key West!

- Additional Notes: Tours depart from boarding locations approx. every 30 minutes. Patrons with etickets (voucher) or mobile ticket can board at any Old Town Trolley boarding location. Without a Ticket you must go to the ticket booth location with invoice order number. When purchasing eTickets for groups of 15 or more, please call Customer Service so that we may most effectively serve your needs. Assistance animals, such as seeing-eye dogs, are the only animals that are allowed on board the trolleys.

Child prices are applicable for children aged 4-12 years.
All tour schedules are arranged in advance. NO REFUNDS will be given to any customer failing to appear on the departure day.
Your ticket(s) will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please allow up to 8 hours to receive the confirmation. Your booking will be processed as soon as possible.
- For every confirmed booking you will be required to print a voucher which is presented at the destination.
- Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email.
24 hour notice is required to change or cancel tour.
All sales are final and attract 100% cancellation penalties.

We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
