- Sails to Rails Museum: Location: 901 Caroline Street, Key West, FL 33040. Operating Times: Daily from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Last entry 4:00pm.

- Tours depart approx. every 30 minutes.
- This tour now makes a stop at Truval Village close to Southernmost Point, Hemingway Museum, The Butterfly Conservatory, The Lighthouse, and the Star of the Sea Grotto.
- You can get off and board a different train to return. Without an e-Ticket voucher you must go to either the Conch Train Depot or Truval Village location with invoice order number.

All tour schedules are arranged in advance. NO REFUNDS will be given to any customer failing to appear on the departure day.
Your ticket(s) will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please allow up to 8 hours to receive the confirmation. Your booking will be processed as soon as possible.
- For every confirmed booking you will be required to print a voucher which is presented at the destination.
- Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email.
24 hour notice is required to change or cancel tour.
All sales are final and attract 100% cancellation penalties.

We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
