- Pick-ups are from 7:15-8:00 AM and drop-offs are usually from 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM, depending on the conditions on the day of the tour.
- As long as you're staying at a hotel within 2 miles of the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown Las Vegas, you'll be picked up and dropped off directly at your hotel. We'll email you the day before your tour to confirm your exact pickup time and location.

- If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee and any compensation.
- Luggage Policy: Luggage and suitcases (even carry-on size) are not allowed on the Canyon (like Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon). Backpacks, duffel bags, and other soft-style bags are allowed.

Booking and Reservation
All tours are for early booking, tour operator suggests the each passenger should book tour at least 1 weeks before departure date. Passenger may make reservation via email; however, seats will not be assigned until the deposit has been paid. At time of reservation, passenger may require to provide name, phone number and address and specify designated tour and date of travel.All seats are pre-assigned with numbers; seat assignment is based on a first come first serve basis after down payment.
Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) Tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
48 Hours or more days prior to departure - Cancel for a 96% refund of the tour fee.
48 Hours or more days prior to departure - Reschedule for free.
Within 48 Hours prior to departure - 100% penalty, no refund.
Day of departure, no show or late - 100% penalty per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy. To safeguard your trip against unforeseen circumstances, we recommend purchasing our Protect My Trip option.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
If your hotel is within 2 miles of the Las Vegas Strip or Downtown Las Vegas, you'll be picked up directly from your hotel. We'll email you the day before your tour to arrange the exact pickup time and place. All passengers must show photo ID for boarding.
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
