Every visitor here is a photography master, and every photo is a landscape painting. One option is to take a helicopter tour (at your own expense) to get a bird's-eye view of the stunning Grand Canyon. Next, visit Horseshoe Bend at sunset, where the golden light highlights the Colorado River’s dramatic curves.After the visit, we will drive to the hotel for accommodation in town.

The 3-mile roundtrip hike to Delicate Arch takes about 2 hours with no shade. The exposed cliff-edge section is unsuitable for those afraid of heights. Not recommended for children under 5, people with heart/lung conditions, or seniors over 70. Non-hikers can view the arch from the overlook platform.

  • Yellowstone Lodging: Cabins within Yellowstone National Park do not guarantee specific bed configurations or room types due to park lodging policies.
  • Antelope Canyon Visitor Regulations: Antelope Canyon requires guided tours; no self-guided visits. Bags, tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are prohibited (exceptions for special photography tours). Flash photography, stopping on stairs, and food are not allowed. Bring only water and wear closed-toe shoes. No littering or bathrooms in the canyon. Commercial photography needs a permit. Respect the site's sacredness; special event photography requires advance permission. Violating rules may lead to tour removal without refund.
  • Tour Accessibility: This tour is not accessible for wheelchair users and is not recommended for pregnant individuals. The terrain and activities involved may pose challenges or risks for these groups.   • The Rights to Change Itinerary: The tour operator reserves the right to modify the order of attractions and city visits based on current conditions (including departure date, weather, transportation, or other factors). We strongly advise against early tour departures. Should you choose to leave the tour prematurely for personal reasons, you will bear any resulting costs. Additionally, no refunds or compensation will be provided for prepaid tour fees in such cases. This policy ensures the smooth operation of the tour for all participants while maintaining fairness in our service delivery.

  • Group Composition and Pet Policy: Each tourist group must include at least one adult aged 18 or above. Pets and animals are not permitted on tour vehicles.
  • Hotel Check-in and Smoking Policy: Hotel check-in is available after 3:00 PM. All rooms are strictly non-smoking, with violations incurring a fine exceeding $250. For airport pickups outside Las Vegas, guests should self-check-in using their itinerary confirmation, hotel confirmation number, and valid ID.
  • Hotel Deposit Information: Hotels typically require a refundable deposit of $50-$100, returned upon check-out.
  • Bed Configuration and Occupancy Policy: Rooms are furnished with two beds as standard. No additional beds will be provided for third or fourth occupants, including children. Guests should plan accordingly for room sharing.
  • Child Safety Seat Requirement: For select vehicle types, children under 8 years old must use a safety seat due to vehicle regulations. The local tour operator offers rental services at $10 per child per day. If traveling with children under 8, please note this in your order comments or inform customer service to ensure proper arrangements.
  • Holiday Pricing: During major holidays, hotel prices may fluctuate. We will inform you of any changes when confirming your order.
  • Tour Package Inclusions and Alternatives: All necessary fees, including attraction visits, are included. If an attraction is closed, we'll arrange alternatives at no extra cost or provide appropriate refunds.
  • Pick-up Point Policy: Guests sharing a room must use the same pick-up point.
  • Daily Service Fee: A daily service fee applies for various services including airport pickup and hotel check-in (except in Los Angeles).
  • Ticket Purchase Policy: All attraction tickets must be purchased through the tour guide. Personal tickets or City Passes are not accepted. Insistence on using personal tickets will result in the withdrawal of transportation and guide services for that day.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

    Booking and Reservation
    All tours are for early booking, tour operator suggests the each passenger should book tour at least 3 weeks before departure date. Passenger may make reservation via email; however, seats will not be assigned until the deposit has been paid. At time of reservation, passenger may require to provide name, phone number and address and specify designated tour and date of travel.All seats are pre-assigned with numbers; seat assignment is based on a first come first serve basis after down payment.
  • Travel Documents
    Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) Tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    30 days or more prior to departure - - No penalty.
    15-29 days or more prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    8-14 days prior to departure - 70% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure no show or late - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Broading Time and Location
    All passengers must arrive 15 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely no boarding without tickets. Departure time and boarding location will be confirmed after reservation is made.
  • Travel Insurance
    Tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance, for more information, please consult your travel agent.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation
    We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, Taketours only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
