Itinerary
In the early morning, depart from Los Angeles and head to La Jolla Beach in the warm seaside sunshine. Then drive to Old Town San Diego, full of Mexican flavor, wander through colorful retro streets and alleys, browse specialty handmade shops, taste authentic Mexican food, and feel the exotic lively atmosphere of the city’s origins. In the afternoon, head to Balboa Park. After leaving the park, arrive at the Waterfront Military Park and board the USS Midway Aircraft Carrier to visit vintage fighter planes and ship cabins and gain an in-depth understanding of naval history; on the shore stands the iconic Victory Kiss Statue, freezing a classic romantic moment in history and making it a great spot for photos. In the evening, take the San Diego Bay Cruise out to sea, overlooking the entire city coastline and harbor piers along the way, enjoying the gilded sunset glow on the sea against the setting sun, and quietly listening to the sound of coastal waves.

- Luggage: ONLY backpacks or purses are allowed on the bus. No large bags or luggage.. If customers have large size suitcases, luggage storage services are available at hotel concierge; or you can contact the tour guide one day prior to departure date and leave large size luggage at the local office (in Las Vegas).
Please DO NOT Bring any luggage larger than 10*11*18 inches. - If you plan to have a night tour or show for the same day after the tour, please leave enough time for each activity. The tour duration may be changed or extended depending on weather, traffic conditions.
- Departure time and point are subject to the actual weather. Please confirm your departure time and point with the tour guide one day before departure, and arrive at your departure point 15 mins before departure time. There will be no refund if you are late or miss the bus.
- Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
- Please note if you have any food allergy when booking and dinning.
- The tour requires that the minimum of 4 people to operate the tour, or the tour may be cancelled.
Vehicle Usage Standards

During the tour, groups of 6 or more passengers will travel in a Nappa First-Class Vehicle; groups of fewer than 6 passengers will use a 7-seat business van.

All vehicles are equipped with comprehensive commercial insurance with million-level coverage to ensure travel safety.

If due to force majeure (such as sudden breakdowns, weather conditions, etc.) a Nappa business van cannot be provided for the entire duration of the tour for groups of 6 or more passengers, we will compensate each passenger $50. If a Nappa business van cannot be arranged for only part of the tour, no compensation will be provided. We appreciate your understanding.

On the first day (from Los Angeles to Las Vegas), vehicles will be arranged based on conditions on that day, and the use of a First-Class Vehicle is not guaranteed.

During the itinerary, there may be instances where different models or colors of touring vehicles (interior and exterior) are used, which will not affect your touring experience in any way. Our company reserves the right of final interpretation.

Policies
Booking and Reservation
All tours are for early booking, tour operator suggests the each passenger should book tour at least 3 weeks before departure date. Passenger may make reservation via email; however, seats will not be assigned until the deposit has been paid. At time of reservation, passenger may require to provide name, phone number and address and specify designated tour and date of travel.All seats are pre-assigned with numbers; seat assignment is based on a first come first serve basis after down payment.
Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) Tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
30 days or more prior to departure - - No penalty.
15-29 days or more prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
8-14 days prior to departure - 70% of total purchase amount.
Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure no show or late - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
All passengers must arrive 15 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely no boarding without tickets. Departure time and boarding location will be confirmed after reservation is made.
Tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance, for more information, please consult your travel agent.
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, Taketours only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
