Key West is an island in the Florida Keys that is the southernmost city in the continental United States. It is loved by tourists internationally for its idyllic Caribbean waters, warm and cozy weather, and stretches of white beaches.

As the list of pickup points offered and the times of those pickups can vary by departure the actual selection including any times can be presented to you when you check availability for a specific date.
- Departure Location: Hotels from Miami Beach & Downtown Miami Hotels or by the 10 Flags at Bayside Marketplace (401 Biscayne Blvd. Miami). The pickup will be between 6:00am - 7:30am. You will arrive in Key West at around 12:00pm noon and depart at 5:00pm

- We will make rest stops on the way to Key West. When you arrive to Key West follow your driver-guide instructions to take your Conch Train Tour.
Approximate free time in Key West is from 12:00pm to 6:00pm. - Luggage: Any sports equipment - such as golf bags, surfboards, bicycles, or similar oversized items - is subject to an additional fee of USD 20 per item.

Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
8 days or more prior to departure - no penalty
4-7 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 3 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
