Today, we will visit Lugano first (it will replace by Gotthard Pass sightseeing platform in some seasons). Then head south from Lucerne through spectacular Switzerland and into northern Italy, where your first stop will be Milan, fashion capital of the world. Your orientation tour will introduce you to the city's iconic sights, including the vast Gothic cathedral (Duomo). You'll also see the planet's oldest shopping mall, the 19thcentury Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, where you can wander among the boutique shops and have lunch in one of the refined cafes. After enjoying the many delights of Milan, you'll head to another vintage Italian city: Venice.
Lugano, Switzerland
Lugano, located in southern Switzerland, is an Italian-speaking city located on a lake and surrounded by mountains by the same name. There are 17 heritage sites of national significance in Lugano including villages like Barbengo, Bre, and Gandria, as well as libraries, churches, museums, and more.

Milan, Italy
This city in the northernmost part of Italy is a global center for fashion and design. Its artistic history dates back hundreds and hundreds of years; places like Santa Maria delle Grazie are decorated with Leonardo da Vinci's work.
Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II
The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is one of the world's oldest shopping malls, dating back to 1877. This dramatic building features exclusive, upscale stores as well as some of the oldest shops and restaurants in the city.
Duomo
Milan's cathedral is the largest in all of Italy and the fifth largest in the world. The groundbreaking occurred in 1386; however, construction was not completed until 1965. Visitors can access the rooftops, which provide amazing views of the city.
After breakfast, we will take a tour of Venice, IT by way of its famous canal system. Begin with a waterbus ride to San Marco Island, we will stop at the Piazza San Marco, home of Saint Mark's Basilica, and then see the Bridge of Sighs. Afterwards you'll have a chance to see some traditional Venetian craftwork at close quarters with a demonstration by Murano glassblowers. Of course, the ultimate Venice activity is to take a gondola ride through the Grand Canal, and for most people this optional excursion is a must. We will spend the night in the Rome, IT area.
Venice, Italy
This city off the coast of northeast Italy is famous the world over for its many canals. It is actually a chain of 118 islands linked together by bridges and waterways. Venice is world-renown for its art and beauty.
Bridge of Sighs
This gorgeous white-limestone bridge in Venice gets its name from an almost ironically bleak place: In the 1800s, the windows looking out from the enclosed bridge's interior were the last views of sublime Venice convicts would see before their imprisonment.
Grand Canal
Venice's Grand Canal is the major canal in the city's expansive system. It takes an S-shaped path through the length of the city, and is used for public transportation as well as tourism; Gondola rides for visitors are popular.
Gondola Ride
The canals of Venice are what make this city iconic. Gondolas are special boats designed to navigate these channels. No visit to Venice is complete without a romantic ride down the canals on a gondola.
Piazza San Marco
The Piazza San Marco is the largest and primary public area in Venice. The structures surrounding it date back more than one thousand years, although the vast majority are from Renaissance times. It has been called "the drawing room of Europe."
Saint Mark's Basilica
The Basilica Cattedrale Patriarcale di San Marco is the most famous church in Venice and is known for its unique and ornate Italo-Byzantine architecture that includes five hemispherical domes and fine patterns. It was built in the 11th century AD.
Your day in Rome starts with a visit to the famous Colosseum. Then get up close to the nearby Arch of Constantine. We will then visit the magnificent Reunification Memorial Hall, the Victor Emmanuel II National Monument. Afterwards, you are heading to the smallest country in the world, The Vatican City. Here you'll marvel at St Peter's Basilica. In the afternoon we'll depart for Arezzo.

Colosseum
This nearly 2000-year-old structure is one of the most famous buildings in the entire world and all of human history. At its height, it could hold up to 80,000 people, and was usually used for gladiatorial contests, executions, and drama productions.
Arch of Constantine
This triumphal arch in Rome has been standing for nearly 2,000 years. It commemorates the victory of Constantine I at the Battle of Milvian Bridge. It was built with brick and marble, and the detailing is incredibly intricate.
Altare della Patria
This large national monument in Rome was completed in 1925 to commemorate the unification of Italy as one country under the reign of King Emmanuel II. The main statue depicts the goddess of Victory riding in a chariot.
Vatican City, Italy

Today, we will tour Florence, IT. Begin the day by taking in a wonderful panoramic overview of the city from Piazzale Michelangelo. Next, we can see a demonstration of the traditional craft of leatherworking at close quarters in a local workshop. From here enjoy a guided walk around Florence's many highlights, including the Ponte Vecchio over the Arno, the Piazza del Duomo and Campanile Tower. Pass the Uffizi Gallery. We will have some free time in Florence before we leave for Pisa, IT to see the Leaning Tower. We will head to Genoa nearby city for the night.

The Piazzale Michelangelo is located at the top of a hill, making it perhaps the best vantage point to take in a full panoramic view of this marvelous city. A restaurant at the top provides visitors with a good meal.

Leaning Tower of Pisa
The world-famous tower built during the Middle Ages is a testament to both human ingenuity and fallibility. The tower tilted because the soil on one side was softer than on the other, and it could not support the tower's weight.
In the morning, we will depart for the French Riviera in the south of France. Around noon, we will arrive inthesmall country of Monaco. Monte Carlo, a picturesque city between the mountains and the sea, is a glamorous destinationand a paradise for the world's wealthy. We will visit the Monaco Royal Palace and enjoy breath taking views of the country from the hilltops. The south of France is known for its perfume production, and along the way, we will stop in a perfume-producing town to visit a perfume factory, where participants can choose their favorite scents. Next, we will head to the leisure resort city of Nice, where we will explore the Promenade des Anglais and the Bay of Angels. Afterward, we will drive to Cannes, famous for its international film festival, where participants can take photos at the festival venue and walk along the star-studded avenue marked with handprints of world-renowned celebrities. Inthe afternoon, we will leave the French Riviera and head to the hotel near Avignon
Monaco City, Monaco
Located on a headland that extends into the Mediterranean Sea, Monaco is nicknamed The Rock. It has a Mediterranean climate, with an average temperature of 10℃ in January, 24℃ in August and 16℃ in the year.

Dijon, France
The earliest archaeological finds within the city limits of Dijon date to the Neolithic period. Dijon later became a Roman settlement named Divio, located on the road from Lyon to Paris. Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy
This magnificent assembly of French palaces was established in the 14th century in the Gothic architectural style. After years and years of additions, the estate reached its current size in 1737.
Notre Dame de Dijon
This Roman Catholic cathedral is a masterpiece of 13th century Gothic architecture. It contains a famous statue of the Black Madonna, as well as two symbols of the city: the owl and the jacquemart.
Liberation Square
This stunning semicircular plaza is the heart of Dijon. In the center is a 17th century statue of King Louis XIV riding a horse. The square is located in front of the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy.
Today we will board a luxury coach in Paris and enjoy a scenic drive through the French countryside en route to the mountains of Switzerland. Passing through Basel, located at the point where the Swiss, French, and German borders meet, we will eventually reach the lakeside city of Lucerne. Here, we will see the city's famous landmarks, including the Chapel Bridge, the Water Tower, and some examples of wonderfully preserved Baroque and Gothic architecture. Afterwards, we will have some free time to shop and take pictures before the tour comes to a close. Lucerne, Switzerland
This Swiss city on gorgeous Lake Lucerne is popular with tourists due to its amazing views of the lake, Mount Pilatus, and Mount Rigi of the Swiss Alps. Some of the buildings in Lucerne date back hundreds of years.
Chapel Bridge
This covered bridge that crosses the Reuss River in Lucerne is one of Switzerland's main tourist attractions. The interior of the bridge contains several paintings which were completed in the 17th century.

- Physical Demands: This tour itinerary is very compact and requires a significant amount of walking. It is crucial for the group to arrive at each destination on time to ensure we can proceed to the next location as scheduled. Punctuality is essential to maintain the tour's flow and allow everyone to experience all planned attractions.
- Wheelchair Accessibility: Due to different bus models, we may not be able to accommodate participants using wheelchairs. Therefore, we regret that we cannot accept wheelchair users to join our tour. (Note: For "private group tours", please inform us before receiving a quote.)
- Luggage Restrictions: Due to limited luggage space on the coach, each passenger may bring one large and one small piece of luggage (large luggage not exceeding 30kg and 28 inches in size; small luggage not exceeding 20 inches). If passengers carry more than one large and one small piece of luggage (subject to available space), an additional fee of €5 (or £5 for the UK tours) per piece per day will be charged as a handling fee for the driver. Thank you for your understanding.
- Share Room: We will not charge clients a single supplement if they are willing to share a room with other tour members. However, no complaints or amendments can be made based on this arrangement. This preference must be indicated at the time of booking, and with a minimum of 7 days prior to joining the tour. Once the booking is confirmed, it will not be possible to amend the room choice while on tour. If you insist on changing to a single room, you must pay an additional fee.
- Photo Usage Rights: Our company reserves the right to publicly display participant's portraits taken during the tour. We will capture activities and moments during the trip for promotional purposes.
- Tour Participation Conditions: European tours are different from other countries in the world. Most tourist attractions cannot be reached directly by tour buses and require walking tours. If a passenger has limited mobility, they may have to wait on the bus at some attractions and cannot visit with the group. Loss of attractions cannot be used as a reason to request compensation or refunds. Please pay attention and think carefully before joining the tour. Once you have registered and confirmed your participation, it also means that you accept our company's terms and conditions.
- Boarding and Punctuality: Please present this tour ticket for boarding at the designated assembly point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and the tour fee will not be refunded. Our company is not responsible for any consequences. In case of emergencies, please call the emergency phone number provided.
- Travel Documents: Participants are responsible for bringing and carrying valid travel documents (passport), electronic health codes, and visas with a validity period of at least six months from the departure date. In any case or for any reason, if the participant is refused entry by the immigration authorities (customs), our company is not responsible, and any losses incurred are the responsibility of the participant. The tour fee will not be refunded.
- Valuables and Personal Belongings: Please avoid bringing valuable items and precious jewelry as much as possible. Valuables and documents should be carried with you at all times and kept under your own supervision. Our company, driver, and tour leader are not responsible for any loss.
- Legal Compliance: Tour members must abide by the laws and regulations of each country, and it is strictly prohibited to carry private goods for profit and illegal items. Smoking is prohibited in all public places and indoor buildings (including hotel rooms) in Europe, with fines of up to thousands of euros, so please abide by the law. In recent years, some famous buildings (attractions) in Europe have banned visitors from sitting on the ground to rest or eat, which is not only considered rude but may also face immediate prosecution.
- Early Departure or Leaving the Tour: In any case or for personal reasons, if a tour member requests to leave on their own, return individually or leave the tour midway, our company will assist in making arrangements. However, our company will not be responsible for any indirect or direct cost losses incurred due to delays in transportation or other circumstances that result in missing the pre-arranged itinerary or accommodation.
- Disruptive Behavior: Any tour participant who intentionally obstructs the tour leader's work, endangers the safety of others, or affects the normal activities and interests of the group, the tour leader has the right to cancel their tour qualification, order the participant to leave the group depending on the specific situation or with the consent of the majority of the tour participants. The remaining balance of the unfinished part of the journey will not be refunded, and any actions taken by the participant after leaving the group will not be related to the company.
- Delays and Itinerary Changes: If the flight or bus is delayed due to a malfunction or traffic congestion, resulting in itinerary changes or canceled programs, tour participants may not use this as an excuse to oppose or withdraw from the tour. In case of bad weather, strikes, or unexpected accidents that cause delays in the itinerary, tour participants may not demand compensation or refund of tour fees.
- Itinerary Adjustment Notice: We continuously strive to improve our tour itineraries. We reserve the right to make changes to end cities, hotels, or tour order if improvements can be made or if unforeseen circumstances arise. During peak periods, duplicate departures may operate, possibly in reverse order, which may result in different hotels than those listed in the itinerary.
- Transportation and Accommodation Liability: The tourist transportation and hotels used by our company, such as airplanes, ships, trains, or buses, have various regulations for the safety of participants and issues such as lost luggage, accidents, and property damage. These situations will be handled based on the regulations established by each institution and will not be related to our company. We recommend that participants purchase travel insurance and luggage insurance on their own. - European Climate and Hotel Facilities: The temperature difference between day and night in Europe is substantial, the annual average temperature exceeds 30 degrees for less than two months, and European countries have strong environmental protection awareness. Therefore, hotels in Europe may not have standard air conditioning.
- Tour Group Composition: If the number of participants is small, we reserve the right to combine guests speaking different languages on the same tour bus. This arrangement helps ensure tour viability and may enhance the cultural exchange experience for all participants.

of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.
You will receive a confirmation voucher in 2-3 business days after you receive the e-ticket. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination and depature details, is included in your confirmation voucher. This tour allows you to choose your ending date and city. Hotel accommodations are counted from Day 1 to your selected end day, with the total number of nights calculated as (End Day – 1).

Considering the pick-up in Milan is only at 3pm, what attractions in Milan will i miss out seeing if i join the Green loop tour from Milan?
It is possible you will miss out Sforza castle and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.

Yes, it is possible to have your drop off point on 5day in Nice or Cannes
What does the flexible mean? Are we just dropped out at a location and left to wander ourselves or does the bus take us from place to place? And then at the end of the day, are we dropped off at our hotel? How does it work?
Thank you for your inquiry. Flexible means you can choose the duration of the tour (at least 2 days). There is an option for you to choose the number of days when you book online. And for the tour, you will get off the bus when you arrive the scenic spots and visit around there. Then you will continue and be back to your hotel after a day visiting. Thanks a lot. The tour was so wonderful. We traveled 11 countries in 14 days. Sebastian the Tour guide was awesome, very punctual and considerate. hotel accomodation varries, 10 out 11 are great. Planning to Take this tour again after just 6 months! Recommend to bring more cash, you dont want to miss the optional tours. They are a lifetime experience!

We chose GreenLoop to visit Italy, 4 day flexible trip, which was perfectly matching with planned itineary. After joining the tour, it didn't take much time for us to realize that its a wonderful decision. The bus was very comfortible, guide was so friendly and explaining things very nicely. All our passengers from different parts of the world, mixed cultures and were so friendly, we can never forget the send off they gave us when we finished our part of the trip. Hotel accommodations are very nice with the complimentary breakfast they provided. We loved our vacation and all Italy attractions for which we have to give big credit to this package tours.

Good tour if you want to visit maximum places with minimum amount of time. Our tour guide Choung Ho is very knowledgeable. The bus coach and the drivers are top-notch. The Hotels are average, but not too bad.

My two friends and I just took the Green Loop tour last September 18, 2015. It's all worthy because we were able to tour around all the main attractions from the mentioned itinerary.
Day 0 - it's not part of the tour but we took pre-hotel arrangement in Paris in the Kyriad Hotel, Saint Maurice. It's about 30 minutes away from the city. The hotel was very posh, nice and beautiful. We toured around Paris on our own.
Day 1 - we met our tour guide Chong Ho from the lobby of the hotel together with some of the tourists, then off we went to the meeting point in Place D'Italie to pick up the rest of the tourists. The bus was very comfortable, and Chong was very entertaining. From Place D'Italie, we traveled long hours to reach Lucerne, Switzerland. We had 2 hours in Lucerne, which is enough for the landmark (Lake Chapel) and to do some shopping and taste the famous ice cream. In the evening, we went to Holiday Inn Express in Lucerne. Restaurants and McDonald's are near the hotel.
Day 2 - we left around 8:00AM, had a stopover in Uri, Switzerland to take some pictures on the lake, and every two hours, we stopped in gas stations to buy food and use the rest rooms. We reached Milan, Italy on time to spend hours taking pictures on the piazza (cathedral, monument and the mall). We had our lunch here. Good thing Chong informed us about the CORPHETTO (you'll pay service charge on restaurant if you will seat when you dine in). From here we proceed to Verona. We paid an additional 1 Euro for the local bus to go inside Verona to see Romeo and Juliet's house plus some time in the piazza to have some gelato. We spent our evening in Venice at Michaelangelo Hotel (not good hotel and breakfast is worst).
Day 3 - we left to the port of venice and transfer to a big boat going to the island of san marco. we roam around, ride the gondola, had the very yummy black spaghetti and go to the Glass/Crystal Factory. we almost spent whole day here. then spent our evening in Barcelo's Aran park Hotel in Rome (lovely and relacing hotel)
Day 4 - Our first destination is the Vatican. We were late from our scheduled tour, so spent half of the day inside the Vatican museum, Saint Peter's Basilica, Sistine Chapel. We weren't able to have our lunch, instead just took a snack on our way inside Rome to see the fountain and Pantheon. We then traveled to Florence again onto Michaelangelo Hotel but at least a bit better from the previous one.
Day 5 - Some of our co-tourists had some suggestions on the Florence tour, so the group split into two. When we reached Florence, we all first attended the workshop on the leather factory. Once split, the other group customized the tour to go in the factory outlet of leather companies like Gucci and Prada while the other half explored the city. Good thing Chong gave us a map because I chose the city exploration. Then we all met up again after a few hours, proceeded to Pisa, then were on our way to Genoa to spend the evening at AC Hotel Marriott. The night was so young, we all went out and explored Genoa. We all met at Piazza de Ferrari and roamed around to see structures and had our dinner at the marina.
Day 6 - we left the hotel and proceed to Monaco to see Prince Albert's castle and some churches where the previous royals are buried. Then we proceeded to Nice where the beach is so lovely and the place is so nice. Our last destination in Cannes to step on the red carpet and see the walk of fame. We then spent the night in Salon de Provence. The hotel was nice, it's like you're in a hacienda.
Day 7 - it was all travel going back to Paris, with just some stretching on stopovers. We arrived around 6:00P, so we had a lot of time to roam around Paris.
All in all TakeTours is all worthy of the money you'll pay. Hoping to take the red line or blue line in the near future.

Great tour, highly recommended. The tour guide, Lex, was so helpful and Chung Ho too. We had the green line tour, and definitely will go back to Europe tour in the red line tour.
