Day 1: New York

Guests will be picked up in New Jersey and New York in the early morning. Today we will spend the day touring New York, NY, the City That Never Sleeps! Stops include Wall Street, One World Observatory. Then, we will take Statue of Liberty Cruise to enjoy the close look of the iconic landmark. We will also come to Time Square to visit Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, Metropolitan Museum of Art, US Intrepid. At the end of the day, our tour bus will pass by Fifth Avenue, Rockefeller Center, Ground Zero.

    Wall Street

    One World Trade Center

    One World Trade Center is the main building of the new World Trade Center complex in New York City. Once completed in late 2013, this will be both the tallest building in New York and third-tallest in the world.

Day 2: New York - Philadelphia - Washington DC(236 miles)

Today, we will drive to Philadelphia to see Independence National Park, the location of Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. We will then take the Double Decker City Bus Tours. Afterwards, we will continue on our way to Washington DC to have US Capitol In-depth Tour, and take some photos of the exteriors of the White House. We will also visit the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, and the Korean War Memorial. We will pass by the Washington Monument, the World War II Memorial, and the Thomas Jefferson Memorial. In the summer, we will take Potomac River Cruise.

    (Outside Visit) One of Philadelphia's most famous landmarks, Independence Hall in Independence National Historical Park is the location where both the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution were debated, written, and ratified by the Founding Fathers of the USA.

    (Outside Visit) The world-famous White House in Washington, DC is the official residence of the president of the United States and the place where most of the work is done. The facade of this neoclassical mansion is a global icon.

    Lincoln Memorial

    This iconic American monument honors the 16th president of the United States. Abraham Lincoln was president during the American Civil War, and is most famous for the Emancipation Proclamation that freed all of the slaves in the US.

    Vietnam Veterans Memorial

    This memorial in Washington, DC serves as a place to remember the American soldier who were lost or killed during the tumultuous Vietnam War. Originally controversial in design, the simple memorial has become a shrine for the American people.

    Korean War Veterans Memorial

    This memorial commemorates those who served for the United States in the Korean War. It is located south of the Reflecting Pool at the National Mall. The simple memorial is triangular in shape will a circle at the top.

    Potomac River Cruise

    The Potomac River runs along Washington, DC, the capital city of the United States of America. Visitors to this famous locale can opt to see many of the area's most historic landmarks and memorials in a unique way.

    If the cruise closed, we will visit International Spy Museum instead.

Driving through the hilly countrysides of Pennsylvania and New York state, we will enjoy the rural scenery as we head north to visit the Corning Glass Museum in Corning, NY. We will then continue on to Niagara Falls, NY where we will see the IMAX Adventure Movie. In summer, we can then choose to take the Maid of Mist. In the evening we will also take the Niagara Falls Night Tour.

Afterwards we will head to Boston and speng night here.

In the morning, we will start the tour with explore Cambridge and Boston, including Harvard University and pass by the MIT. We will also take the Harbor Cruise and have lunch at Quincy Market. We will also pass by: Old Trinity Cathedral, Hancock Building, Boston Athenaeum, Boston Park, Swan Lake Park, and overlook the Golden Dome of the State House.   • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 10% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
  • This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Passengers who take this tour need to purchase admission tickets from tour escort on the departure date.
  • Post-tour: If you extend the hotel at "Crowne (Ramada) Plaza EWR / Sheraton Edison / Doubletree Somerset or equivalent" after the tour ends, the guide and driver will bring you to hotel, and assist in check in proces. Also 24 Hour Airport drop-off service for the next day, but please note that the check-out time for hotel is 11:00 AM..   • We (myself, wife and son) joined this tour during 13 to 17 May 2109 - it is VALUE FOR MONEY TOUR One has to remember that this is kind of NO FRILLs / BUDGET TOUR and if one carries Coffee Maker, Thermas and ready to cook and eat Eatables - then one can enjoy tour thoroughly.

  • The tour was very well planned and executed. The places in the tour are worth watching. Guide June Li was excellent for organizing every part of the tour meticulously.

  • It's value for money but the issue was the Bus driver he was very short temper and Tour guide is interested to take only on paid places you will not get the free time for shopping even it's very difficult for Indian/Pakistani as they always stop at Chinese restaurant and very hard or have to go very far to find the food.

  • Signed up for the 5-Day US East Coast Tour Package from New York on 11 Dec 2018 and it was perfect thanks to our tour guide Andy Day and driver(didnt get his name!). Itinerary was well planned and went according to schedule. Thanks to Andy we were able to know more about the history and interesting facts of USA. Would definitely recommend this tour and thank you again Andy and Mr nice & safe driver for making our trip a memorable one.

  • very well organized tour. Both our guides - Chole and Nick were very professional and knowledgeable. We covered all the major spots on the East Coast and with lot of time to spare. Overall a very pleasant and wonderful tour.
