Southern France villages stole the show—Eze and Cannes were stunning, Monaco yachts impressive. Guides in Venice/Rome gave deep insights, not just reciting scripts. Hotel locations perfect. Highly recommended!

The city entrance fees and overnight taxes were collected up front, and the guide and driver service fee was paid separately on the road. It was all spelled out in the itinerary, so nothing caught me off guard.

In Rome we saw the Colosseum and the Arch of Constantine first, then spent the afternoon at St Peter's Basilica in the Vatican. By the end my legs were sore, but standing in front of those buildings, I stopped noticing.
